The room was nice decorated. Modern. At the backside of the hotel you did not hear the streat noise.

The pressure on the shower was very low.

Modern facilities and friendly staff. Good location for reaching the motorway.good parking. Good breakfast. Good wi-fi connection.

Hotel renamed to "West City Hotel" and was not sure if I'm at right hotel at arrival. Restorant does not accept credit cards. Room was too hot and not able to adjust the temperature except opening the window.

New modern hotel with character. Spacious room and good beds.

Restaurant was from old soviet era... slow service and quality of food very so so. Other bad thing is that there is no other restaurant in neighborhood.

Free parking at the hotel. Free internet worked. Decent breakfast.Good price for a Best Western.

Disappointing hotel if one associates a "Best Western'"label with quality. The name of the hotel as listed in the Booking site did not correspond with the real name of the hotel "City West Hotel". The coordinates as given in the Booking site put the hotel 1 kilometer closer to the city center than corresponds with reality. Wrong name and wrong location made it difficult to find the hotel. The hotel's location is dreary, next to a wood shed and shopping center and on a very crowded main road. One needs a car to get to the city center. The room was small with soapbox-style furniture.

It was our favourite hotel when traveling, but last visit make us look for another one when staying in Cluj. First thing no king size bed room (there was a conference atm but noticed most of them were woman, no couples, so poor excuse for no king size bed), second - air conditioning not working - we had top keep the windows open and got really bitten by a lot of mosquito'S. I really liked the hotel in all our stays so far but all the above things in one night made us changed our mind.

Excellent place, big rooms, clean and tidy. Pretty quiet still being on the main road leading to Cluj. Good breakfast. Reccomended

A little far away from the city center, so I wouldn't reccomend it if you don't have a car (and time) to move around.

Beths are terrible to sleep in, only a thin matrass no box spring or other system just a wooden surface with matrass on it

Camera foarte spatioasa, curată, si mi-a plăcut foarte mult ideea de cabina de dus in camera. E primul hotel cu acest concept.

Nu exista ceva ce nu mi-a plăcut.

le stanze grandi ed accoglienti. la architettura innovativa e simpatica. la prima colazione sufficiente e varia.

senza auto o taxi impossibile muoversi, intorno all'hotel solo desolazione è un luogo di periferia.

Outre le design de l'hôtel ils sont équipés de modem wifi par étages et sans mot de passe. La rapidité de connections est parfaite , c'est un très bon système .
