Clean, large rooms There was a problem with my booking for the 3rd night even though we had a confirmation from you and had to move to Wolf 1 next door - we were not happy

The surrounding nature and sightseeing, silence, the hotel location is very good, facing the castle. No kettle, tea and coffee in the room, so who would like to have a coffee first thing in the morning, it will be a hassle to call reception for hot water and bring your own sachets. (Or order from the bar). The rooms don't look properly maintained - we found the curtains and blinds half on the floor. The lawn on the terrace is not properly taken care of, it is all yellow in quite a poor condition. The swimming pool is open to the whole village, so it is full of children from everywhere and the sun beds were all occupied by people from outside the hotel. Long story short: it is ok but not at the level of 4 stars hotel.

Amazing room, very very spacious, comfortable and with hills and river just outside the huge balcony. Very nice restaurant: interior design and quality of food exceptional. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All clean and top standard. Very helpful staff. Pure comfort. The best we have stayed at in Romania! The staff could be speaking a bit better English, but we always managed to communicate anyway.

Piscina, aerul era irespirabil, apa murdara si foarte multi tineri din comuna Bran veniti sa inoate acolo ca la strand. Ospatari plictisiti. Intrarea la acest hotel arata ca un loc parasit. Pacat. Din 5 nopti am stat doar una.

Camera spatioasa si foarte frumoasa, piscina mare, sauna. Sala fitness nu a fost utila (motive: aparate stricate sau lipsa agent termic din sala) desi a fost confirmata in scris cat si telefonic.

Realy not 4 star Was told couldnt eat in the restuarant one night because there was a wedding on sorry my money was as good as theres,i had to eat outside with the stray dogs.and the pool stunk.good half hour walk to the town up hill

Amplasarea, piscina, camere foarte mari, personal amabil. In perioada de sedere nu s-a schimbat lenjeria de pat. S-au schimbat prosoapele si halatele (la cerere, probabil se schimba si lenjeria, insa din proprie initiativa nu s-a intamplat acest lucru). Piscina este uneori aglomerata cu cienti din afara hotelului.

Dupa un sejur reusit de revelion petrecut in urma cu doi ani la wolf 1, am revenit cu placere, cu copilul de 1 an jumate, de data aceasta la wolf 2. Am fost placut impresionati de: - camerele foarte spatioase, cu design placut - accesul prin pasarela in restaurantul taverna lupilor si accesul facil la centrul spa; - amabilitatea si promptitudinea ospatarilor din restaurantul taverna lupilor - neprofesionalismul anumitor angajati de la receptie care a fost totusi remediat de seful de tura si promptitudinea celorlalti angajati - temperantura apei din centrul spa a fost scazuta pentru sezonul de iarna; centrul spa cu usoare urme de degradare (mucegai) pentru un hotel de 4 stele

Indoor pool and spa was nice. Booked a room with Spa Bath but it was broken. They said they would repair it the next day but still did not. Advertise wifi but no wifi in rooms only in hotel reception area. No discount was offered even though spa bath was broken and I especially ordered this room because of the bath. I know I sound like a complainer but when you live in a small apartment in the city with only a shower and you especially want to get away and reserve special rooms, you expect to receive those special amenities, nor was my room replaced with another. Website advertises a buffet style breakfast with photo's but when we went to breakfast, there was no buffet. We were offered an omelet, juice and a coffee or tea. I requested another juice and was told I need to pay. Absolutely ridiculous! I do not recommend this hotel!
