Polite and helpful staff. Parking space right in front of the hotel stated guarded through cameras by reception staff staying overnight. Clean room and bathroom. Good value for money paid.

Just a hotel / pansion to spend a night in passing.

The staff were so helpful and polite, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was very poor and cold. The doors to the room was loose in the frame so that they rattled no carpet on the floor outside the rooms so you heard every footstep from passersby

I have stayed for second time to this hotel, for one night night only, on the way to Austria. It's perfect for short stay. Everything as expected even you can not compare with very luxury hotels. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakffest (even not 'luxury style'). It's a perfect choose for one-two nights stays, perfect for families with kids, perfect also for business trips. Quiet and easy to find location. Highly recommended if you are not looking for high class locations (anyway difficult to find real luxury locations in Arad)

The rooms are very big and the breakfast was ok.

La stanza era enorme e pulita ed il letto comodo. Lo staff parla un po di italiano o almeno si sforza di farlo.

La colazione lascia molto a desiderare. Riuscie a fare la doccia ad una temperatura dell'acqua giusta era un'impresa visto che con un minimo movimento del miscelatore passava da gelida a bollente.

Totul a fost ok.

kleines sehr sauberes und gemütliches Hotel, ruhige Lage, große komfortable Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, zu empfehlen

leider kein Restaurant in der Nähe, aber ein Taxi in die Stadt kostet nicht viel, Arad bietet viele Möglichkeiten gut und günstig zu essen

It is very clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast is very rich, the room is very big.

The heating system might be improved. As we travel with a 6 months child we need a warm room. They have central heating but if you want warmer you have to use air conditioning system.

bed linen- no cotton and too scented, carpet too used, no supplies, dirty shower, poor cleaning, no glasses, poor breakfast, bad odors in room

Nice room, friendly staff.

Barking dogs and crowing cockerels keeping me up all night. Not acceptable.
