Location, wi-fi, quiet in hotel
Mold in the bathroom, very small room (a Dbl), no lift, the hotel was not very clean, poor quality breakfast.
Those staff is so bad that the heater in the room is not working, guess what she said, every room is warm why is your room,s heater not warm?
Good location, good breakfast.
No elevator, smell from the kitchen comes in the room
Very good location, near to the center. Very clean and confortable room. Rich breakfast.
There is a curch near by and on Sundays you may be desturbed by the bell around 8,30 in the morning.
Nice bed, good street, very close to the center of the city.
The shower cabine did not work correctly, with all the functions.
Never thought that this hotel is such an amazing place to stay. I stayed 2 nights and everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms are big and a chich design and very clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Staff was friendly and polite and they do speak english very well. Now I have 2 hotels in Bucharest on my list.
Pretty good location, quiet, room large and comfortable. Staff helpful
The decor was I would think a cheap Italian bordello would like. Rasberry walls, purple and white furniture and dark blue carpet, with steel fake flowers.
Location No Elevator
-Very nice and helpful staff. -Nice breakfast included. -Clean and beautiful room. -Spacious and comfortable bathroom.
-Not very convenient location, a little bit far from the city center. -Our room wasn't in the main building of the hotel, but on the basement of another building across the junction, so we had to cross the junction in order to access the reception or the restaurant. Furthermore the main entrance of the building was difficult to lock. -The room was small with bad noise insulation with the other room. -There were roadworks taking place outside, so it was very noisy in the morning.
The hotel was, as the name suggests, a boutique hotel. The room had all the basics and was comfortable. The shower was great. Breakfast was excellent, as was the restaurant in general. Good food made freshly and served very quickly.
It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Staff was again very polite and responsive Clean, comfortable room Nice breakfast at 4AM!
The only disappointing thing in there is WiFi, even if you get signal from one AP it is still slow and awful.
Room color, breakfast, confidentiality...
Hotel is 10 minutes walk to the center - very convenient!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was very good for what you get. We definitely recommend this hotel!!
Breakfast was very poor.
fire a laying night staff I asked her train time table for Hungary twice, she said to me l was busy so i would tell you it later but she did not give me any information
The location is good, there are public parking spaces on the nearby streets. The room is clean and breakfast is OK for a short stay.
We were first given a room on the ground floor with a large bathroom window that couldn't be closed (a bit of a security risk). We've asked for another room and we were given one with twin beds on the 2nd floor (no elevator, might be problematic if you have heavy luggage like we had).
Price, nice staff, good value for the money. Nice walk to downtown and very close to the Danish and Croatian Embassies.
On my last night of stay, cigarette smoke from a neighboring room (below or next door) infiltrated my room and woke me up.
Location Room was perfect
Big comfortable room. Excellent shower with terrific water pressure (finally). Good professional staff that even has a sense of humor and good English.
Breakfast could be a little more appealing. Pillows on the bed way too big.
This small hotel suited us well. The hotel staff arranged everything we asked them to arrange. Always cheerful and friendly. They ordered taxis, bus tours and other things we asked them. We had a superior room. The same was true for the couple we traveled with. We were amazed about the size and both couples got balconies facing the road. In the evenings, after dinner in the old town or other places, we finished the evening in the good chairs in front of the hotel. Despite the fact that these chairs could not be seen from the restaurant it never took long before one of the staff came and asked if we wanted anything. We recommend.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Quiet part of Bucharest but within walking distance of main town. Very comfortable bed. Huge and varied breakfast served with a smile.
The pillows were too large.
Staff was very helpful, location was perfect
The bed was not comfortable, quite old mattress, too much red color :)
Quiet location just 20 min walk from the old town, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, good connection wifi, good breakfast
Location, design, cleanliness.
Our room was too small for two people.
location - a bit off the center but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Seems run by some hippie minded folks as they train their staff to "be your best friend"
I booked a room for three nights to try Zava hotel, but had to be in Bucharest for two weeks. I ended up staying at Zava for the whole two weeks. And I will stay again. Location - residential historic neighborhood, a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the city (University Plaza and /or Unirii Plaza). Quiet neighborhood, far from traffic. There are three menus for breakfast; the staff is willing to mix, just tell them. I had a different combination every morning. Helpful, friendly, respectful, and responsible staff.
Room 12 is a bit small - the size of the room would be ok if differently furnished. BUT: When I mentioned this issue to the receptionist, I was immediately moved to another room that I really liked :). Moreover, I made a suggestion furnishing the room 12 more efficiently and the receptionist noted it with the promise of passing it to the manager.
