Good location in the nice and quiet district, 15 min from the center by feet.

The design and the furnishing of the rooms were very good. Nice, clean and spacy bathroom

the quality of the food on breakfast was not very good ( and does not correspond to the rooms quality). There was no private parking but we had to park on the street (however there were plenty of free places around)

The room was very nice and clean, the hotel staff friendly and warm, but also very supportive. We found the baby coat inside, the heating was on and it was comfortable all night. Beautiful design also. A rich breakfast.

Staff and the management. They lie about the availability: offer an apartment for 70 euros when you ask for a double at 40 euros ( available on booking.com). If you take a smart deal from booking you receive the worst room at last floor without elevator ( in spite of the the require for the first floor because of motion problem). More than that, you are persuaded to pay all money in the first day although you have booked a room for 5 nights.

The service was top notch, better than a 5 star hotel. Highly recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and civilised. They made our staying at the hotel a very pleasant experience. Also, the hotel itself looks very nice, a good combination between retro and modern design. Overall, we enjoyed quality services and a very nice room at a reasonable price.

Kitschy style.

The breakfast had a lot of food, I couldn't finish it myself. It's really close to one of Bucharest's better restaurants: Louisenhof, which serves great German food. Easy access to transportation lines and the old city center can be reached in 15-20 walking minutes or a $3 cab ride. The bed was nice, big and comfy and also the shower cabin.

What I didn't like about Zava is the fact that they are inclined to lie. As a selling technique they give you initial prices of $3000 per room, to discount it to something like $100 in the end, which is still a lot. Zava is in no way a $3000 / room / night hotel. They tried nice decorations but it ended up in a kitsch, with ripped curtains, unmatching colors and furniture elements. The empty fridge was so annoying. Why would you even give me a fridge if you don't leave anything in it as a minibar? Don't they do so in highly discounted $3000 rooms? Also, bare in mind that although the deluxe suite mentions "Bath", they must be talking about the little tub in the shower or it's another lie. All in all, I wanted a romantic environment and by the looks and description of it, it was there. On the spot, things changed. Won't recommend.

We've stayed at this hotel for the second time this autumn and it's still continuing to impress us!The staff very friendly and willing to help!The room very very nice and cosy!Everythind was wonderful!

Accessibility, friendly and helpful staff that spoke English well and interacted with us with a smile and much understanding of our personal situation, and design, location, and cleanliness of the hotel. Very chic. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a safe to use, free Internet and the option to eat at the restaurant below and but cold drinks/coffee anytime of the night. Very convenient and conducive to a better overall experience.

Towels were very clean but hard. Perhaps the choice of soap and/or water used to wash them should be changed. No major or any other complains.

I would say we've liked everything!Excellent location,the cleanliness,the staff behaviour,the room size,the breakfast which was absolutely tasteful and more than enough!Briefly,perfect!Ciprian Minecan
