Good staff allways smiling ,, the room was nice ,, food ok will return as a quest

Overall, it was very good, but the balcony was not so clean and I couldn't use my hairdryer in the bathroom, there is no plug in the bathroom or near the bathroom.

Zodiac is a well located at the edge of a park. On one side of the Hotel there is a big road on the side there is the park. Ask for parkside rooms. From rooms at the 3rd floor you can even see the lake at the end of the park. It is a clean Hotel with good service. You get good qualit for your money.

Clean rooms, efficient services, everything in order.

Breakfast was a little poor.

Très bel hôtel situé pas loin de la plage de Mamaia facilement accessible avec belle terrasse sur la devanture (il y a aussi un restaurant et un parking) . Très belle et grande chambre très complète et très propre (télévision murale, beau mobilier, mini-bar) avec baignoire dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner très copieux (plateau entier de légumes, charcuterie, fromage servi à volonté par exemple), omelette. C'est un hôtel que je conseillerai plus dans le cadre du business.

Le fait que l'hôtel a demandé d'activer le paiement d'office avant ma venue pour 3 nuits (retrait automatique sur carte); ce qui ne m'ai jamais arrivé ! Le personnel n'est pas toujours très proactif, spontanné et rapide (par exemple 10 minutes pour servir un café au petit déjeuner). Il faut aussi parfois demander des choses qui semblent évidentes mais on finit cependant toujours par être servis.

Es un hotel nuevo, con fantastica situacion a un paseo de la playa andando.

L'hôtel Zodiac est très bien managé par ses propriétaires et le personnel est très professionnel et sympathique. Le séjour a été des plus agréable et l'hôtel est bien insonorisé.

The hotel is in a good location (close to the entrance in Mamaia and to the Mall). The room is big, clean, big bathroom, good conditions to stay, nice and comfortable bed.

Our bad luck was to have a room with the view to the street (Lapusneanu Blvd.) and this is a major discomfort. The street has plenty of traffic all night long and you cannot sleep comfortable without ear-plugs (our daughter had no problem as she is used with the noise). This was the major inconvenience. Another surprise was to see that a wedding was scheduled for the night in the hotel restaurant. Still, due to the street noise, the inconvenience was not as expected. And a last small observation, the breakfast was not that great. There is no buffet and the personnel is just asking what you want without any menu. The eggs were not bad but the rest of the food was not what you expect in a 4 star hotel. Advice: when you book make sure to ask for a room with view to the park.

La struttura nuova e moderna, camera spaziosa e luminosa, bagno abbastanza grande e comodo. Abbiamo mangiato bene al ristorante dell'albergo, e i prezzi abbastanza modesti. Per lo staff nulla da eccepire, serio e professionale. Anche se la colazione non era a buffet, i ragazzi portavano quello che chiedevi.
