The rooms interior design - the colors are addictive:) The personnel. The WiFi coverage. The breakfast - provided for 5 eur in an old restaurant nearby that has nothing to do with the hotel. The food is ok but the atmosphere is not.

- nice, big rooms - good value for money Special value of this hotel are employees, fully focused on guests, taking care about each smallest detail and really interested to get feedback about what is good and what is not. At check-out, after my 2'nd stay in the hotel, really friendly receptionist spent several minutes trying to get my opinion, paying attention to everything I said and wanted to understand how to improve their service from guest perspective. Respect!

Maria and Maria were enormously welcoming and gave me all the help I needed as a first-time visitor to Beograd. My room was very comfortable and well designed. WiFi was an added bonus.

Pretty much the location, though it's hard to find it. The lady attending the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. You enter your room from a terace. In summer it's OK, but in winter it's a bit uncomfortabe. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. It's late for those who have to leave earlier. You cannot even dring a proper coffee.

This hotel is one of the 'best kept secrets' of New Belgrade. Understated and less known than some of the other hotels available, this is the only hotel I look for each time I visit Belgrade on business. The rooms are very clean, modern and feel like apartments (minus kitchen facilities). The staff are always courteous and ready to help and the rates on the rooms are definitely value for money. The shower in the en-suite is excellent. Situated near a discreet array of restaurants and a very short walk to an excellent shopping centre and many big banks - this hotel comes highly recommended!

i've been travelling for last 2 months around the europe and this was the best hotel we stayed in..the best..the room was soo spacious even though we added extra bed in it, the bathroom was huge, with huge shower inside. everything was clean and smell amazingly..the receptionist were so helpful with everything..i would recommend this hotel to everyone..you will love it there..
