Friendly staff, good location, nice area, good breakfast. Private parking inside the hotel is small but the streets around it seem to be ok. I was a little bit worried because we carried a lot of stuff in the car. Younger residents seemed to arrive at 3-4 am making quite some noise.

Great staff very warm and helpful, the hotel is very nicely located with a wonderful view of the the city of Nis. Rooms are nice and spacious. It's not at a walking the distance from the centre and you would definitely need a car to get there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Wonderful hotel. For a very reasonable price we obtained so much comfort we would have never imagined! Amazing view on the City, large and perfectly clean room with a brand new jacuzzi (despite the fact we had booked two double rooms, they let us have 2 apartments for no extra money), and very friendly staff! Also, the inside restaurant is super!

Very good standard for a 3* hotel at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very much at home. Far enough out of the city to give a very relaxing feel. As with so many modern hotels, the facilities are available to book for private functions (weddings, birthdays, etc.) and I feel that the interests of guests and private parties are not compatible. However, if you are comfortable with this, then it is an excellent choice.

nette kamer, jammer dat er geen gemakkelijke stoelen waren. mooi uitzicht ook vanuit de glazen lift. erg vriendelijk personeel. goeie parkeerplek en betrekkelijk dicht bij het centrum. avondeten voor 9euro p.p. was goed en niet duur. ontbijt zeer compleet. ietsje meer en ik zou het een 4 sterren hotel noemen, de kwaliteit was ruim boven 3 sterren. douche deur viel er haast uit dus direct kamer gewisseld.

Personnel très gentil et accueillant, propreté, vue sur la ville, quartier calme et verdoyant, petit déjeuner varié et copieux. L'hôtel accueille 2 ou 3 fois par semaine des groupes de touristes (50 personnes d'origine russes ou ukrainienne) qui peuvent être bruyants, voire très bruyants le vendredi soir (musique jusqu'à 1 h du matin + allées et venues toute la nuit).

Je recommande cette hôtel. Personnel accueillant , chambre irréprochable , super vue depuis l hôtel et celui ci est très luxueux. Pour même pas 3 euros en taxi ou moins de 2 euros en bus , vous êtes en pleine ville . Super séjour .

Die Lage. Der sichere PKW-Parkplatz in der Hotelanlage. Die frühen Frühstückszeiten am Morgen. Die Qualität der a la Carte Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der technische Unterhalt der Zimmer ( Türen und Möbeltüren klemmen; nachträgliche Installationen vorgenommen und alles ist sichtbar ).

Das freundliche Personal und die Möglichkeit sein Auto im privaten Parkplatzbereich des Hotel (in der Straße 7. Juli) kostenfrei abzustellen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider mangelt es an der nötigen Sauberkeit. Besonders im Bad sind doch Schimmelflecken und diverse Unreinheiten zu bemängeln.
