I like the people and location. Everything is very relaxing and simple. There is a god internet wi-fi connection. Very silent and calm. Perfekt, strategic position also because of many bus connections in front of the house. Airport Bus station at 5 minutes walking distance. It has just everything you may need staying in Belgrade which is worth staying outside and not inside! Belgrade is life and people, history and passion, and the owner is a perfect Belgrade-born-person: open and kind, speaks English, German, very helpful and knows how to treat his Guests!

By far the best part of this location is the owners. They are absolutely wonderful and take care of their guests in every possible way. They are very friendly and accessible. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the location is right in the heart of New Belgrade, so with easy access to buses and taxis to go to other parts of Belgrade.

The building itself was not very nice, but BelApart is very nice and clean.

It's convenient apartment for travelers who don't wish to wast a lot of money, but need to pass a night with comfort. Mr. Stavric is so kind person! % min walking from bus stop, then 10 min and you're in center.

Nice owner took care of all needs arising. For example he offers a ride from/to the airport for a cheap price. Just ask for it! Also the room was clean and comfortable and the house is only a couple steps away from the bus stop. Fast wifi.

No aircon in the room, though it's manageable as the room was cool enough when the window was kept open.

I liked the apartment very much. It was cosy, clean, it had everything we needed. I will definetly come back when I'll have the chance.

The place is an apartment from gone-by communist days, refurbished to make four rooms. We stayed there on the second day and the last day of our stay. The first, because it was convenient for our next day trip to a spa in Zlatibor, and then, on the night before our flight back home, since it's close to the airport. So, location was the best for our purpose

En reality, nothing. There ir no "front desk" so you need to call before you arrive so they open the door for you. On the first occasion, the owner looked for us since we couldn't find the place.. The address includes the block numbe4r and the apartment number, so it's a little confusing if you use a Navigator

Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. We were offered a stay in one of the apartments at the last moment, and it was absolutely fantastic!! Clean, quiet, cosy, very well equipped, with a little terrace, romantic high ceilings, great location, complimentary coffees selection, comfortable beds, excellent accommodation for allergy sufferers I didn't have to take my antihistamine. The staff is very welcoming, warm and courteous.

there is about 5cm gap when you put 2 beds together but that's a minor imperfection. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place, it was really refreshing for the both of us.

No washing machine in poor condition no heating system working properly no security around the apartment. I will not recommend my friends or family.

Nagyon kedves volt a szállásadó úr meg a Hölgy.Minden kérdésünkre pontos választ adtak.Amint odaértünk megkínáltak kávéval,teával.

Прекрасное отношение хозяина отеля к каждому гостю, и к каждой просьбе. Расположение номера - очень удобно для любых направлений, рядом автобусная развязка. Полностью автономное проживание - ощущение ты дома. Предусмотренные мелочи, в виде не только средств для мытья и чистки зубов, но и все для чаепития, кофемании, и даже проездная карточка на автобус-трамвай.

Проблемы с инетом, но это скорее из-за антивирусника моего ноутбука, и здесь - перешел в +, поскольку хозяин предоставил свой ноутбук и скайп! Спасибо, Мирослав

jednostavno i ukusno namješten prostor, sa divnom energijom - spava se za 10. Domacini fini, kulturni ljudi. Preporucujem svima koji znaju prepoznati prave vrijednosti.

Otel sahibi çok canayakın ve yardımseverdi. Odalarıdaki renkler güzeldi. Mutfak çok kullanışlıydı.

Staff and their service were good. Room was clean.

The address was wrong. I could not reach there with the address on Booking.com web site.

Friendly owner, close to bus stop. Rooms are clean, warm, good value for money. Located in New Belgrade but historical centre is easily accessible by bus. I would recommend it to friends.
