Friendly and helpfull staff

Appartment => breakfast not provided, and finding a nice breakfast before 10am around the apartment is a challenge (try Z&Ze but count for more than an hour including transport and waiting time)

Place easy of access (at the second try :) ) Receptionist fortify with good advice about Zemun, Beograd, public transport, . . . and so on. Comfortable flat. Very ready cleaning service.

Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Don't be put off by the fact that there's no breakfast Because there are 3 bakeries in the vicinity where you can buy extremely cheap pastry... Overall a very good choice for couples, groups of friends or families

The only shortcoming of the hotel is its location which is very close to the beautiful old area of zemun but quite far from the rest of the historic centre. However, the hotel provides a big underground private parking lot for those who choose to rent or travel by car, and even if that's not the case, there are 3 buses that you can take from the bus stop nearby to the city centre, and there's also a night bus line if you want to come back after midnight

We were looking for one night stay during our long trip to Greece and were very satisfied with the apartments! Definitely , we'll use Residence Aprts on our way back!

Very friendly staff. Perfectly clean and modern apartments. Parking place provided free of charge. We got a huge apartment that had two toilets so as to minimize walking :) Price was great for a capital city. Close to Danube and to bus station that quickly takes you to the city. Short walk from Zemun, Gardos and Dunavski Kej. Thumbs up!

Everything was great from the moment we came to the moment we left. An apartment is superb, spacious, luxurious, very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Quiet neighborhood and you are in downtown in about 15 minutes by car. Oh yes, and I had my own parking spot. Overall, perfect and I will definitely be back.

The staffs are very polite and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, free high speed wifi internet, free underground garage, massage bathtub, I felt like at home. Very recommendable for stay.

No mop to clean wet floor in bathroom, no furniture to leave clothes in bedroom.

The staff were really kind. There was a underground garage. The apartment was all in all very nice and spacious, it also had a massage bathtub. The bus conection to the centre of Beograd is very good and cheap.

There is nothing to complaint about.

Place is so clean and well orginezed. Staff are so helpfull and friendly. I stayed 4 days and enjoyed my stay. I recommend if you are in business trip and need rest well so this place is so cool to relax and rest.

Price, location, value, access, transport links, sightseeing, prepare for lots of walking. I got food poisoning on my trip here but it was not the fault of the hotel or place and as such my opinion of it might be unfair

These apartments are excellent and the girls were so helpful. We even got upgraded at no extra expense. I can highly recommend this place. Very luxurious furniture and we just wish we were there for longer than 1 night. If we are ever back in Belgrade we will stay here

An excellent spacious apartment - comfortable, clean and warm. All the facilities you need - just as described. Really friendly helpful staff - flexible to requirements. Provided a perfect location to lock myself away in to spend a couple of days finalizing a report.

i like how clear it is, securite doors, service of the resception kitchens, is very comfortable; though is out of the belgrade city but is ok.

It was my second time in this apartments. Even if its not in the city center great locations if you like night life, Zemun is ideal for that. Apartment was great, more that I expected again. Very very profesional staff, clean, modern, free parking, Definetly I come back as soon.

Everything is perfect. Belgrade downtown is a little bit far, but you need 10 minutes by car to reach one of downtown public garages, which are quite cheap. Beside, Zemun is also beautiful town by itself, with great night life.
