Staff was welcoming and friendly, the facilities were clean and comfortable. Absolute value for money.

Location is a bit off.

I saw from the pictures that the hotel is nice, but what I saw when I got to it left me speechless. It's quite a nice hotel and has everything you need for short and medium stay. Its probably a 3 star, but short of some amenities its a 5.

the staff were great and made up for any problems with the hotel. there were a few problems with the room, but that can happen anywhere, the main thing was that the staff offered to help and move my room. maybe other hotels are better, but the staff would make me come back here.

10 min from city centre. Hotel is within a small chopping complex and up two flights of stairs. unless you know this, you will be walking around ages. Once in the staff made up for it.

A bit noisy at night, as there is a coffee bar on street level. Solved problem by sleeping with patio doors closed

Friendly environment.

We stayed in a suite which was quite reasonably priced. The bed and bedding were comfortable and we slept well. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. There were multiple places very near for dining, drinks or coffee and a McDonalds across the street. Bus and tram run in front of the hotel and stops were quite close.

We used their service to pick us up from the airport. I would have never found the hotel otherwise. Reception and the elevator are on the third floor of the building. You will have plenty of stairs to the street in front, fewer to the street behind. The futuristic shower stall is miserable. We were there for ten days and every day the shower spay selector knob fell off and every day the maid would replace it, but never was the missing set screw replaced to keep the knob on. And I asked. The water temperature was hard to adjust, the multiple spray features were clogged up and barely worked and the shower was very tight for a tall big person. But even with these gripes, we would stay in this hotel again if we ever return to Belgrade.

Izuzetno prijatno osoblje, na usluzi uz osmeh u svakoj prilici !!! Higiena na visokom nivou, sasvim pristojan enterier i udobnost. Dorucak, nista spektakularno ali OK, restoran cist, sve na svoje mesto. Moglo bi se uraditi nesto vise sa ponudom. Glavno, dosao bi opet, personal iznad svega OSVAJA !!!

Skoro da nema nikakva oznaka da neko ko nezna nadje ovaj hotel. Cak ni GPS-u nisam verovao, iako me dva put doneo ispred mesta nakome bi trebalo da bude hotel. Veliki problem s parkingom, iako je za mene bilo mesta. Medjutim na tom planu mora da se uradi mnogo toga !

parking wyłącznie na ulicy (hotel ma dwa miejsca parkingowe, które można ewentualnie zarezerwować), kuchnia/restauracja czynna tylko w porze śniadań, o innej porze posiłki trzeba jeść poza hotelem; trudna do wypatrzenia lokalizacja de facto w domu handlowym

Bukvalno sve mi se svidelo u hotelu.Ljubaznost osoblja,cistoca u sobama je bila na nivou,udoban krevet,bogat dorucak,parking za auto,cena smestaja je bila povoljna....... Mi smo se zaista proveli fantasticno u hotelu i ja bih vas ocenio sa najvecom ocenom.Hvala vam na ljuaznoscu i sigurno dolazimo ponovo.Pozdrav iz Danske.

Svidjelo nam se sve. Iznenađeni smo na najugodniji mogući nain i već smo svim prijateljima i rodbini s kojima smo bili u kontaktu pričali o hotelu i preporučili ga svima koji misle putovati u Beograd. Prvi dojam, budući da nismo očekivali hotel kao dio poslovne zgrade, nas je iznenadio i čak malo zabrinuo, ali poslije smo bili oduševljeni. Od mlade ali sposobne recepcionerke na dalje - sve je super. U ovim lošim vremenima kad su svi mrzovoljni, ovo je tako svijetlo iznenađenje da smo naprosto oduševljeni. Hvala vam za prekrasne dojmove.

Jedina mana hotela je parkiralište, ali u gradu je to uobičajeno pa nije naštetilo povoljnom dojmu.
