This apartment is good for those who looks for accommodation with reasonable price in the centre of Belgrade for a short time (especially if you travel by train or bus and have to stop for a night in Belgrade - the apartment is just near the station and there's no need to climb up). The owner is a very vivid person with a great sense of humor.

Everything was great

Everything was perfect, especially the location because all the clubs and bars were very close, so we did not have to pay for taxi. The apartment was very clean and fancy designed for all needs.

Good location - just a few minutes by foot to the city centre.

We had a studio on the Gavrila Principa Street. It was a stuffy apartment on the first floor. It was impossible to open the window to ventilate it. There was an air-conditioner, but it doesn't ventilate the air, just cools it. If you open the jalousie, everyone from the street will be able to peep in the room. In the room were old fluorescent lamps, they made an annoying noise (like z-z-z-z-z) and gave an unpleasant light. Cars and buses were rumbling on the street all day and until the night. I felt in this apartment was very comfortless. For me it was the worst place, I've ever stayed. I don't understand how such place can have too high score (9 at the moment).

The place was perfect - we were in Belgrade for a concert in Kombank Arena, which is 400 meters away from the block, so we were able to leave the car parked at the entrance of the building and walk down to the arena. The parking itself is free. There are 2 bus stops close to the place and the center of the city is 4 bus stops away. There is a market in the next building which is working till 10 P.M. and across the street there is eco gas station so if you get up starving in the middle of the night, there you can find something to eat. :) There is also a Mall 2 bus stops away, so you can go for shopping or to watch a movie if you want. The apartment is renovated and has everything you need to live for more than a week, perhaps. Big plasma TV, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, even laundry. The apartment has also free WiFi and a nice balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our staying there. :)

The place is a little difficult to find - both the main street and the next parallel street have the same name so we spent half an hour in wandering (although we consider ourselves to be good at orientation ;)). Then we just called the man form Balkan-Inn and waited for him at the near gas station to pick us up to the right address. We had only one set of keys, because the other one was not fitting the lock, but this was really not a big deal.

Everything was just great!! The staff kind and really helpful.. They even helped us to find a parking space at our arrival at Belgrade. The appartment was in the centre of city, it was spacious, clean with modern furnitures and all the equipment needed for a pleasant stay.. and all these in a very logical price!! A perfect 10 from me!!!

Great location, the staff was very friendly - Žarko took care of us and he did a great job! Free, superfast Wi-Fi (the router was in our apartment though), clean and tidy.

i like the owners.

but belgrad peoples doesnt kind for tourists ( arkadaşlar sırbistana ilk gidişimde ve bir daha hayatta gitmem . havaalanından başlayan rezalet şehrin her yerinde devam ediyor. Turist olduğunuzu anladıkları anda sizi kazıklamak için elinden geleni yapıyorlasr ve Türklere karşı davranışları çok kötü.)

Location, Value for the money

Bathroom and the toilet are not divided by door, so they can't be used in the same time. The pillows and mattresses were a little uncomfortable. The hot water wasn't enough for 4 people.

We enjoyed our stay in Belgrade, also due to Balcan-Inn Apartments! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was close to the centre and we could enjoy of a city-tour only by walking.

Accomodation is excellent, location is excellent too (in the centre), the apartment is clean and modern and it has all the things you need (iron, hairdrayer, air condition, heating, cooker). I will definatelly come back here and I will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Greetings to Bačko:))

The location of the apartment was perfect. The apartment itself was very wide, comfortable and clean with all the equipment you might need. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Wonderful luxury apartment (we booked the one located in skender begova 3), good wifi connection, very well furnished.

10 minutes walk from city center, room was never cleaned during our 2 nights stay.
