Das Hotel ist vor nicht langer Zeit renoviert worden. Die Eingangshalle und alle Räume sind schön eingerichtet und klimatisiert. Das Personal ist kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerausstattung war ganz gut: schöne Möbel, bequemes Bett, ruhig, mit WI-FI, Minibar, Flachbildfernseher und einem modernen Safe, sogar an den einweg Finken hat es nicht gemangelt. Alles war sauber. Die Dusche war luxuriös (inkl. hydromassage) leider hat nur die normale Duschbrause funktioniert. Der Wasserdruck im obersten Stockwerk war tief, so dass das Duschen sowie Toilettenspühlung erschwert war. Die digitale Personenwaage konnte mangels Batterien nicht benutzt werden. Dachfenster war ohne oder mit einem dünnen Vorhang versehen, so dass es schon am Morgen sehr heiss wurde und die Klimaanlage musste ununterbrochen laufen. Beim Frühstück wurde der Kaffee nicht an den Tisch serviert wie es in einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu erwarten währe. Die Bedienung im Esssahl war still und selten zu sehen. |

On arrival at the airport i was met by the hotel driver, and then taken to the hotel.......at the hotel i was greeted with a warm reception and this continued throughout my stay. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and bar, and is situated perfectly in the centre of the city, so everything is in within easy walking distance. When I booked my room, a comfort room, i requested a smoking room, and a view and was lead to believe that this room was of a certain size.....On arrival when i got to the room, on the 6th floor, (room 603), i found that there was no windows, only a skylight looking at the stars, was also the size of a shoe box and was a non-smoking room!!! After some complaining, i was moved and upgraded to a superior room, (room 103), which i was pleased with.......although the shower facilities could be doing with a makeover. |

no good cleaning services and no isolation between rooms....it was horrible to hear cleaning in the morning (they make too much noise)!! |

The location is very good as the hotel is near the main city street "Knez Mihajlova". The breakfast was quite good. Kind staff. Bathroom is too small; poor TV channel quality; |

The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They went out of there way to be helpful and provide recommendations for activities in the city. The facilities were worse than expected, the bathroom in particular had a sunken shower plate and the drain did not work properly. |

Staff helpful and hotel centrally located in old town with good cafes and shops nearby. Whilst the room was comfortable the only view was of the sky through the the velux window in the roof |

Air conditioning. Incredibly varied breakfast. Location. Wooden made windows, single glass windows, windows didn't close properly, so some city noise and warm came into the room. Not very ecologic!!. This corner in the town is used at night by police to perform some alcohol test, so you have to be used to hear the buzzing of the car police. Anyway Belgrade is a quite traffic noisy jammed city. |

You cant beat the location, right in the very centre of the city. It was close to bars, shopping, easy to get cabs, etc. |

Everything was "ok" but not great. Didn't feels like an international 4-star hotel, I've spent many nights in hotels in my business and this feels like a maximum 3-star minus. |

Hotbaren var fin. De serverte tilogmed halvlitere. Vi fikk også oppgradert rom :-) Frokosten kan bli bedre. Jeg stiller kanskje litt for høye krav så dette er ingen klage. Mitt reisefølge likte ikke alltid kaffen, men dette var generlt et problem alle steder på vår tur. |

Vänligen skriv minst 15 ord Hotellets läge var utmärkt. Vi kunde ta oss till fots till det mesta. Trevlig frukostmatsal med buffefrukost. Vi fick själva stå och slita med att öppna hotellets entrédörr vid ankomst trots att det just då var 3 personer i receptionen varav en var klädd som en portier....Om hotellet ska hävda sina 4 stjärnor borde de åtminstone haft en automatisk dörröppnare. Vi bodde i en svit på 1:a våningen. Mycket rymliga rum och vackra färger. Ett tips till hotellet är dock att tvätta de vita sofforna och mattorna ofta så de inte ser så solkiga ut ! Badrummet var stort och rent men dags för omkakling. |
