Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is great and the rooms are well designed. Free WiFi and next to the shopping street.

The door of the toilet is made of glas and transmitted noise easily! No tissues in the bathroom provided. The remote control of the TV was very difficult to handle with.

the rooms were never cleaned properly, bed uncomfortable,there were never fresh glasses in the room or daily bottle of water. the staff did not really care for the neatness of the room. the tv is so far from the bed you are not able to watch tv in the bed

It is a great hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. I and my boyfriend enjoyed alot at Belgrad and at Belgrad Art Hotel. Highly recommeded!

The hotel is vey well located, is of high quality and the staff are very kind. It has a very good heating. Wifi included. The restaurant is very good and it has a lot of variety, breakfast period is very good (unitl 10, and until 11 on weekends)

The restaurant closes very early in the night for dinner.

A little noise from ventilation machines

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is very modern and we were lucky enough to have an apartment with fantastic views. This hotel is close to everything , designer shops, eateries and close by to many cultural attractions.The staff are very obliging and multi-lingual and nothing is too much for them to organise. Our room was fabulous it had everything we could want, amenities,comfort etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent! We stayed in Budapest, Romania, Belgrade, Croatia (12 cities, 12 hotels) and this was by far the best! The best location, wonderful staff, amazing value, gorgeous rooms. We will visit again.
