Pleasant room. Across the road from central bus/train station. Hot shower. Bar fridge. Breakfast. A solid option if you don't require internet access.

Abysmal internet - a few sites such as Facebook worked fine, but much of the net appeared to be behind some type of firewall. Had to take laptop off to McDonald's to access emails.

Street facing side is very noisy. First day it was very hot and air conditioner wasn't working. After second complaint they fixed it.

Friendly, helpful and competent staff. Organised a take-away breakfast (very early departure from hotel) without having to ask for it. Nice room with all modern facilities.

I look for hotel 4* and I had chosen a economy room, but our room was outside of the hotel and the category is 2*. www.booking.com say that this hotel is 4* but is 3* really, and I think that the hotel's anexo (economic rooms) where we stay was only 2*. I think the location isnt't very good, I wasn't safe when we went out for a dinner at the afternoon-night.

I have asked for a parking reservation in my booking and the staff in the hotel informed me the reservation had not appeared in their communication with the booking system

Area little untidy

The hotel in general was good for what I required. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was of a good selection. Eating in the restaurant was of a good standard. Access to rooms was by lift or stair.

The room was facing the bus and railway station and you could hear the noise of the traffic.

Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for the fact that our room, which was very comfortable, overlooked the street, facing the station. The bus stance was right outside and they turned over their engines all night, or so it seemed. Everywhere else in the hotel was great, so if you are staying here make sure you don't get our room.

Helpful staff

On arrival they had no record of my booking from booking.com.They were totally fully booked,and the lady in reception let me have a shot of a computer so i could look back my email for proof.I was told, no proof,no stay!!

The hotel was easy to get t from the airport as the shuttle bus stop was at most 50 yards from the hotel. The Staff were very pleasant and very helpful too. The Rooms were well kept and the showers were very powerful and warm. All in all an excellent hotel and one I would use if I visit Belgrade again.

No hotel bar

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room, good shower in bathroom. The bar was good too!

The 11am checkout was a minor gripe, but not really an issue as it got us out and about early!

My wife and I only stayed one night. The location to the Rail Station was perfect for our requirement of an early start. The Hotel room was very clean modern, comfortable and obviously well cared for. The day Lady at reception could not have been more help full and ready to answer all our questions and provide us with directions to where we wanted to go and also with out asking, ensured that we had a breakfast travel each to go as a result for the very early morning start. The restaurant food was good and the staff very friendly. We would not hesitate in staying there again.

very kind and efficient staff. in front of the train/bus station. not the nicest neighborhood of belgrade but at walking distance form the center and useful for traveling.

Fine 3* hotel, has all it needs for a comfortable stay and good value for money.

It's loud outside the hotel so you shouldn't take room with the street view if you are sensible for the noise.
