Location. 10-15 minutes walk and you can reach almost any Belgrade showplace - Slavia Square, St. Savas Church, St. Marks church, Knez Mihailova Street. Staff. Everybody on reception were very kind and helpful whenever we had trouble in our room or we had to find some place in Belgrade.

We had a trouble with hot water in the bathroom. It seems that hotel has it's own local system of heating with limited amount of hot water. So when this amount of water ran out you have to wait 'till new water will warm up again. The second thing I didn't like is that there was cold in room. Although we turn on air conditioning and the heaters was on too, sometimes it was cold anyway.

Very friendly and kind stuff; filling breakfast (sausages, eggs, scrambled and boiled, various cheeses and ham/salami, marmelades, nutella and butter, fried bread, waffles, coffees, milk, and various juices); low price;modern design;

Dirty walls in the room; hairs in the sheets and in bathroom floor; stains in the sheets; there was a single bed duvet in the double bed and 2 single sheets (instead of 1 double) put horizontally in the double matress; bathroom ventilator so loud that it was better not to switch it on, the same with toilet flush; small room; no actual parking, private for the hotel, although we reserved one space by email one week in advance and they replied they saved us one, when we arrived we were told that we should try to find one ourselves in the streets around the hotel and they would pay the fine that we would get; everything else they 'offer' (pools, spa, sauna, hot spring bath, steam bath etc.) are from the gym that is situated in the same building and not private for the visitors of the hotel.

The location was good, close to the city center.

In pictures it looked nice, but in reality: dirty and dusty room, very small even for tiny people, noisy windows and with a draft, shower cabin was falling apart, no room to sit on the toilet without hitting your head on the sink, breakfast was not fresh, etc. The whole building is in a deplorable state.

The entrance of the hotel is awful!

1. Entire staff is made of beautiful, young and polite girls. 2. Truly free international and local calls (including mobile) 3. Located near city center. 4.Price corresponds to accommodation. 5. Fairly clean room.

1. Truly awful plumbing smell in toilet of the room (some of it reaches the room). 2. Windows are sealed shut and cannot be opened to ventilate room. 3. Meat based products in breakfast are almost entirely pork products (even the pate), with no alternative, therefore is discriminatory to those who do not consume pork meat. 4. In cold days you can feel the breeze through the windows (although the heating is ok). 5. They have occasional problems with Internet connection and elevator functionality. (fix respond time = one day) 6. Someone organized a rather noisy gathering in hotel reception and breakfast room which lasted till late night hours. We were at the end of the corridor and still was noisy. 7. Hot water pressure is too weak in shower and too strong in sink.

I stayed due to very nice staff, the girls was very nice. Was thinking to change but as internet worked and I could work from there.

It was strange as I did not have minibar in the room, had to change room to get the telephone.There were very awful entrance and the elevator was terrible. The bathroom smelled very bad. The room was cold. The cover for the bed was too small. The room was not cleaned every day. The breakfast was cold every morning and very strange things. It was very poor in my taste. What is the Spa?? It was not what you promised on the internet. Although should have understood this due to a good price.

From the hotel entrance, the elevator and the reception there were stains of alcohol probably from the past night(new years eve) and our shoes stucked to the floor. The room and the bathroom were not clean. There were clean towels and linen but there were some dirty tissues behind the bedside and stains at the bathroom's wall. It was not possible to connect to the wi-fi, there was no telephone at our room.

The location is good (15 min from Kneza Mihajlova), free parking in front of the hotel (under the watchful eye of the camera), the rooms were new and very clean, the breakfast was great (standard hotel breakfast which was a bit surprising considering we were in the Balkans, self service, with a local twist - burek), great wi-fi in all rooms, big screen flat tv, super kind staff...

I wouldn't recommend the contractor who was doing the bathrooms to anyone. The bathrooms were new, but the sink in one bathroom was tiny and you could hardly fit between the shower and the wall to get to the sink (even if not overweight...). And the other room... Had no door. So the toilet was in the room. Without door :) But the rooms was nevertheless lovely :)

I truly recommend this hotel for staying in Belgrade. I spent there 5 nights with my fiance and both of us enjoyed our stay a lot. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. All our qestions were kindly answered, we got so fast everything we asked for. Big comfi beds, daily room service, rich breakfast every morning. Location of hotel is in the very center of Belgrade, so easy to get, where you need. It was pleasure to stay there. Higly recommended!

The staff is unexpectedly nice and helpfull. The hotel's location is very good although you can have some trouble at your first arrival to locate their doorway. Their air ventilating system is above average and the rooms are heated with a well working and silent air conditioner.

It seems that some guests don't know how to hold their liquor because the floors of the rooms are stained from what it looks like vomitting. Even though you know the room have been cleaned numerous times, and overall, the hotel is extremely tidy, this can put you off staying here the next time. However, the breakfast area is clean. Also, considering the number of stars it was a surprise that the comlementary toiletries given by the hotel include only a hand soap.

The entrance is a bit weird and unexpected. Could try to refurbish the elevator in order to convey the good quality of the hotel. Also, the Tash parking lot is not marked, which could be an issue when you arrive there.

Friendly and positive staff; central location; new and modern furniture/room (bathroom).

The entrance to the hotel is undergoing construction. The rooms are quite strange and the wall was quite dirty. They say they have a spa, but its not a hotel spa, but a sport complex which is next to it.
