le staff est aimable, le prix de 103 euro par nuit en passant par booking.com reste dans une norme acceptable, 150 euros en passant par l'hôtel directement est tout simplement exagéré. Hôtel de confort correct mais qui nécessite un vrai rafraîchissement, il correspond aujourd'hui en fait à un novotel français standard année 1980. Le niveau d'étoiles se situerait plus à trois étoiles "old fashionned" en comparaison avec la norme et les prestations modernes. |

Disponibilité, gastronomie, prix. Vétuste. Confort limite : literie très ancienne, climatisation insuffisante, internet très lent et personnel non qualifié pour détail internet (smtp inconnu du personnel !??). |

Dated, but hotel in good condition and rooms comfortable. Good choice of tv channels. Enjoyed the stay. Location good if trams used and could walk to Usce Shopping Mall. Breakfast could be improved, but perfectly acceptable |

The laundry service was excellent. It's a bit grotty. the rooms could do with an overhaul. It does not seem like a 5 star - as advertised. |

I liked only the high speed wired Internet in my room Old furniture; Soviet atmosphere; water leakages in a bathroom; noisy mini-fridge; even I ordered a non-smoking room and in fact was on a non-smoking floor I felt terrible smoke smell everywhere, inc. my room. Staff awoke me several times at the mornings without any reason, e.g. to check mini-bar. Strongly not recommend you to stay here!!! |

jI have stayed in the hotel several times and are generally satisfied. The main reason for choosing the hotel is the fitness centre, the breakfast, good internet connection and the price. The coffe served at breakfast is just black water without any tast of coffe. There are four main lifts and one close to the fitness centre. very often one or more of the lifts do not work. |

Location - close to airport. Nice staff. Nice room. Nice bar. ATM in hotel. Bathrooms should be upgraded. My minibar was warm and didn't work. |

Easy to find it, clean and spacious room, friendly staff... Obviously it used to be a luxury hotel at some point, but now it's far from 5 star one, needs thorough renovation, especially bathroom. I also found it strange that hotel guests have to pay for parking. |

Helpfull personel, Service, security, superbe breakfast!!!! The shower was in fixed high position so you cannot use it appropriate all over your body. Renew some things like furnitures or bathroom decoration (however that has to do only with aesthetics). |
