L'accueil et l'efficacité exceptionnelles du personnel. La taille des chambres et leur atmosphère.Le buffet du petit-déjeuner. Les communications téléphoniques internationales gratuites ainsi que l'accès à internet.

Le bruit dû à la position en centre ville et à une insonorisation qui pourrait être améliorée.

L'aspect "design" de la chambre et de l'hôtel qui est vaiment particulier.

Un petit problème de facturation lors du check. En effet l'hôtel voulait me facturer un tarif supérieur à celui obtenu par booking.com. Tout est rentré dans l'ordre par la suite.

Personnels tres accueillants et attentionnés.

Free international calls. Calling from Serbia to Europe or USA costs about 1 Euro per minute (or 2 if from a mobile), so if you need to stay in touch with your colleagues or your family, this facility is definitely essential.

I booked an offer with dinner included (worth about 15 Euro), but it was just a little bit disappointing. Practically an extended breakfast with more vegetables and less pastry. In Serbia with 15 Euro you can eat at least one main course in a decent restaurant.

Good location.

The rooms is very noise. Nearly is tram. The restaurant is sway.

I liked the rooms, which were very quirky and stylish, as was the decor overall.

Internet and phone did not work very well in the room itself

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location and busy road was not a problem at all. Complimentary half-board was more than a pleasant surprise (although not really used). Rooms nicely decorated, really enjoyed the star-like lights on the ceiling.

Wireless internet was unreliable - pretty much useless-, which was not rather unacceptable (esp for a business room). Although the rooms are nice and clean, it seems that comfort was sacrificed for style (not an option to have enough light esp in the bathroom, not enough space to hang clothes e.g. coats, not any place to sit really except on bed -one desk chair only). These cannot in any way incommode your stay, but there are simple details that can really make the hotel rock

Really nice room and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean and when I reported an issue (with the safe) it was resolved very quickly. Very nice place

The rooms were not double glazed which meant that, as the hotel was on a main road that there was a lot of traffic noise which kept me awake at night. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you stayed here or requesting a quiet room

Internet connection is great, breakfast good, staff very nice.

Location not so good, next to busy bus terminal and very loud, design aesthetic is very dark--sculptures of "Aliens" in the hallway, portraits of dictators in the rooms.
