Friendly staff, great breakfast, free international calls, good location (especially if you came by train or bus), comfortable rooms, interesting design with attention for details, very good value for money with weekend special prices. An excellent hotel. Not the nicest neighborhood, but you are in city center within minutes. There were problems with the door locks, but it was fixed promptly. |

The breakfast was incredibly good and tasty.The services were great.Free WiFi. International Call. Freindly staff.I felt very well looked after at this hotel. It meets my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. |

Very interesting hotel, apart of others. The owner has given minutious attention to details. Everything matches well, ie colours, fabrics, lights, furniture, bathroom aplliances aso. Buffet breakfast was very good. Receptionist gave us a little present for booking with them, nothing as value but a nice gesture we did not see anywhere else. The windows cannot be opened. There is no fresh air and our room smelled. The hotel rely on its ventilation system which worked fine in bathroom but it is not so good in room. We called reception and a guy came with a screwdriver and unblocked the window, and so we got the smell out and fresh air in. Location is nearby railway station, good for travellers, but very street-noisy all night long. |

Breakfast was nice. 1. Very noisy. This hotel looks to one of the main streets, thus should have soundproof window and wall. 2. Reception forgot to give me back my passport. |

The staff was maybe one of the beste ever. The pizza from the bar was excellent. The breakfast was incredibly good and tasty. The services were great!!! The window had no handle??? We stayed just a couple of days and we didn't complained, but still. A lot of noise, the hotel is near the train station, but the noise was from the cars. We stayed at the 6th floor and from time to time the building was trembling, it felt like an earthquake... |

interesting style, but doesn't not deserve that much money, compared to same quality hotels, expecially because the town is Belgrade, and not Stockholm or Vienna.. The reservation fee that i confermed was 140 Euros, all taxes included, and unfortunately they made me pay 151.50 Euros, which is almost 12 Euros more. The reason was that "some" tax is not included. Should I trust them or your website??? I don't like this kind of games. And moreover, with 151.50 Euros I could have stayed in a 5 star luxury in Vienna instead of a common 4 star in BELGRADE! |

Great breakfast and the shower was good. Friendly, helpful staff The restuarant only served breakfast and there was a very limited room service menu of sandwiches and pizza from the cafe next door. Coffee-making facility was limited to one sachet of Nestle 3 in 1 with no alternative. There was a lot of noise from the street and other rooms and the corridor. And there was no hotel or area information in the room. |
