När jag skulle åka därifrån så upptäckte jag att de tvättat min bil. Fantastiskt. På den svenska sidan stod det att minibar ingick. Det stod det dock inte på den engelska sidan. Hotellet fixade dock så jag fick gratis minibar. Bra service. Eftersom vi har två barn och barnvagn så blev läget lite tråkigt då man var tvungen att gå uppför backen för att komma till centrum. Fast vill man bo nära stationen så blir det ju bra. Området som man gick genom för att komma till centrum kändes inte helt 100 om man gick kvällstid. |

Helheten, med trevlig personal som gav suverän service, rent och trevligt hotell och ett centralt läge gör att vi kommer att återvända som gäster till Design Hotel Mr President. Kanske skulle trafiken kunna störa i vissa rum, dock inte i vårt. |

Personalen var mycket trevlig. Ja, det var att vid bokningen var priserna i Euro och det fanns ingen information att man var tvungen att betala i dinarer och därmed blev priset 6-7 % högre. |

Free international calls. Calling from Serbia to Europe or USA costs about 1 Euro per minute (or 2 if from a mobile), so if you need to stay in touch with your colleagues or your family, this facility is definitely essential. I booked an offer with dinner included (worth about 15 Euro), but it was just a little bit disappointing. Practically an extended breakfast with more vegetables and less pastry. In Serbia with 15 Euro you can eat at least one main course in a decent restaurant. |

Nice design, excellent buffet breakfast and complementary dinner, best breakfast I had in any hotel so far, everything very good. Rooms are clean, comfortable, you feel at home, there is everything you need for comfort. Staff was very helpful, they help us even after we check out to find things to do in city. Really nothing comes to my mind that would ruin the good experience. |

The staff is very professional and friendly. Always very helpful. The high speed Internet connection in the room was really good unlike some other hotels offering this service. When travelling on business, this is important. The free international calls included in the room price. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location and busy road was not a problem at all. Complimentary half-board was more than a pleasant surprise (although not really used). Rooms nicely decorated, really enjoyed the star-like lights on the ceiling. Wireless internet was unreliable - pretty much useless-, which was not rather unacceptable (esp for a business room). Although the rooms are nice and clean, it seems that comfort was sacrificed for style (not an option to have enough light esp in the bathroom, not enough space to hang clothes e.g. coats, not any place to sit really except on bed -one desk chair only). These cannot in any way incommode your stay, but there are simple details that can really make the hotel rock |

Really nice room and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were nice and clean and when I reported an issue (with the safe) it was resolved very quickly. Very nice place The rooms were not double glazed which meant that, as the hotel was on a main road that there was a lot of traffic noise which kept me awake at night. I would recommend bringing ear plugs if you stayed here or requesting a quiet room |

Internet connection is great, breakfast good, staff very nice. Location not so good, next to busy bus terminal and very loud, design aesthetic is very dark--sculptures of "Aliens" in the hallway, portraits of dictators in the rooms. |

Nice and well english speaking staff, excellent and free dinner (at least 10 hot dishes). Room was nice, intriguing lighting. Breakfast also very good. It is fairly close to the center (10 minutes walk). Free private parking. WLAN working well. It was quite cold in the room and we couldn't get AC working. |

The location for the railway station was very good - being almost opposite - but probably a good 15 minute walk uphill into the central area of Belgrade. It is a quirky hotel - our room had us sleeping under a picture of Stalin (continuing the President theme). We also recieved a complimentary buffet style evening meal (not mentioned in our rate/reservation) which was a pleasant suprise! |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for someone traveling by train but not real convenient to the tourist sites, especially if you are an older person and have trouble climbing a hill to get to the sites and the city's main shopping area. The half board price is a bargain with an excellent breakfast selection and a well prepared dinner menu of basic fare. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free international calls. Internet did not work in the room. The design was weird, there was a small window with no curtains! And there was a window-like structure on the ceiling which reflected day light (as early as 6 am) again, without curtains. Unnecessary dim lighting in the rooms and in the hallways. But helpful staff who gave us another room with curtains. |
