Fabulous bedroom - recently upgraded. Reception to be upgraded soon and if it matches the bedroom it will be fantastic. Multilingual reception staff wonderfully welcoming and helpful with information about where to eat and what to eat (we followed their advice and it was perfect!) Ours was only an overnight stay and we wish we could have stayed longer in the hotel and in Beograd. |

Room was comfortable, and tastefully designed. Bathroom was spotless and especially the large powerful and hot shower was excellent. Reception staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful especially the tall dark woman and the blond man (sorry I don't know names). Well placed for the centre of town. The wireless reception was very intermittent and even when I managed to log in it was a very weak connection. |

Friendly people at reception desk, helping where they could. Trash bin several times not emptied. Sometimes no hot water in the shower. Restaurant not open for dinner. |

Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. There is new and fine furniture in the room. I would like to stay there if I will come back in Belgrade again!! Almost nothing. One thing, they are renewing some rooms in the hotel, so little bit noisy in afternoon. |

It is situated in a very center. Internet was free. Rooms are renovated and very clean. Everybody was very helpful cause I was with a little baby. This is everything that you need when visiting Belgrade! |

The recently renovated rooms were very stylish and comfortable and the staff were just fantastic. Breakfast not served in restaurant until 8am |

The desk staff was exceptional - they were very helpful. And they had the attitude that if they could ever find a way to say "yes", they did. Breakfast choices were a little limited - more hot choices would have been nice. |

Perfect central location. Staff was fantastic, friendly and very,very helpful. Buffet breakfast was composed of great veriety of good quality food. Rooms are recently renovated and very specious and comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room. The main entrance of the hotel is not renovated, yet. |

Room 410 was OK , for Belgrade very good, comfortable bed, new clean bathroom. When I complained about "economical room", they moved me to another room for next night. Breakfest OK, good choice.Comparing to other options in Belgrage it is OK. Do not book "economical rooms" 214, 314, 414, it is more looking like prison cell, than hotel room, when you have got laguage, you have to make decision if you will place in to that room laguage or yourselt.No parking at all, I have to use public underground parking about 200m away, and it cost another 9 EUR / night for car. It is very noisy place, big traffic outside all day and night. No restaurant for dinner, working only in the morning for breakfest. |

I had a pleasant newly refurbished room, which was at the back of the hotel and therefore very quiet. The outside and public areas are a bit scruffy but I think they are scheduled for refurbishment. My guess is that most rooms, especially on the main road at the front would be pretty noisy. |

very nice located hotel with friendly staff and tastefully renovated rooms. Breakfast was deliciuos. the wlan conection is very unstable, had problems with sending emials and connecting to internet. |

It has been a real pleasure to stay in this hotel. Staff is very helpful and professional, furniture is brand new and bathroom is also redecorated. And the room was huge! Breakfast is very good and convenient since it is served until 11 a.m. Position is excellent and ratio of price and quality is excellent. Only thing that could be better for women is that bathroom needs a shelf to put make-up on but this can be totally ignored an observation. |

The room was reasonably clean except from some stains on the carpet and a leaking shower cab. The bar/restaurant was closed after 1600 hrs so no chance of a drink or sa snack when coming back from work. The hotel is in the midst of a renovation. The next morning one of my collegues had a major issue with his bill. No mini bar. |

a. Pillows are too thick and not everyone will be happy about them. b. The SHOWER requires some explanation - you have to pull the shower hose down to activate the shower (you might have a hard time taking a shower without knowing that) c. the lift was getting stuck (however it is to be replaced by the 1st week of October) d. the parking lot is a bit far away (ask for a map and directions at the reception). |

The staff, particularly Milica and Marko, were excellent! Things that need to be fixed: no wireless, period. It looks as if you have signal, but I could only get out under "Tuckwood." Consider putting air conditioners in the rooms. It gets hot and the drone of the air would cover the noise of the streets. Breakfast is great! Great location for walking, but it is pretty noisy. Of course, not much you can do about that. |
