Staff Location - all you need for sightseeing is in comfortable walking distance, Restaurant

Hotel is renovated, modern, very clean, comfortable, and its location is perfect for tourists and business persons. Hotel employees are very cind and always in service. Food is quite good and diverse.

Lack of hotels own parking place. Perhaps hotel management should make a contract with Parking servis for using nearby garage in Pionirski park.

Small room. Staff were helpful & friendly when you spoke to them; but I had to say good morning to them at breakfast before they spoke to me. They could be more outgoing.

it was modern, clean and close to the city center - you could walk by foot. They also have a pickup service from/to the airport.

The hotel's location was perfect for me. The hotel itself has been recently renovated so all the facilities are quite modern and new. The breakfast selection is quite good, and the hotel staff is very well trained, friendly and helpful. For example, when I stayed there, the guests in the room next to mine were being extremely loud until 2am, so after calling the reception, the staff was extremely quick and efficient in helping me out with the problem.

I had the economy single room, and it is extremely small! But this is something I did not realize when I booked it. So if you are uncomfortable in tight spaces, you should really consider another type of room. Other than that, all is great in this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and service minded. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. And the beds are comfortable. The location is very good, only a short walk to downtown. Might seem a bit off at first, but this is nicer area than around the central station in my opinion. It was also a Pleasure to discover that our preferred nightclub was actually next door :-) We can also recommend the hotel airport pick-up service, especially if arriving late.

The breakfast buffet was okay but could benefit from some adjustments.

Staff excellent, rooms 'design' led with great bathrooms. Very central location and all this at a very reasonable cost. I did not try the restaurant unfortunately for either breakfast or dinner, but it looked a nice environment. Free wi-fi throughout.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, a big miss!!!!

Everything was great - location, staff, breakfasts etc. The room was quite small, anyway this was the last one available. We appeared at the hotel desk just an hour before the NY2013 and were much pleased to find our reservation honored and a room duly kept vacant and ready. Otherwise the place was fully packed.

I have booked family room for 4 persons, while was provided with 2 separate double-rooms, which is not very convinient for a family with 2 kids.

Reception organised trip by taxi to another city in Serbia- for very moderate price

when it rains, noise of the falling water makes it hard to sleep - despite good quality windows. Choice of food before orthodox Christmas was not meeting lent expectations

I liked very much the kindness and cordiality of the staff. They are young but well-organized. The Hotel is close to the main monuments and street in Belgrade, so it's the perfect place to stay.

My room was very little, but I had everything inside. It's ok only for few days.

The hotel is far too expensive for what it offers. For the price of this hotel, one should be able to easily find a 4-star hotel in Belgrade (this is barely a 3-star quality accommodation). Although recently refurbished, the building is quite old, and looks it both from outside and inside. The room is very basic (there is no toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, slippers, etc). The curtain at the shower looks cheap and lets water outside the shower area. If focused on details, one can see that cleanliness standards are not high (eg the toilet bowl brush and its stand were dirty when I checked in). All in all, accommodation is bearable, but definitely not worth the money.

The hotel is in the hart of the city, right across to the Parlament, staff was so nice, room perfectly clean. All recomendations for this hotel!

I chose Excelsior because of the very good combination of price and location, as well as because of very pleasant personal experience during my previous stay in this hotel, two years ago. This new stay in Excelsior confirmed my opinion about it: very nice, pleasant and comfortable hotel at perfect city-centre-location, at affordable price. Personnel are kind, friendly and helpful, taking good care about guests. Long-lasting buffet breakfast, with good variety and quantity of food, is perfect for successful start of day. What I particularly appreciate about Excelsior and www.booking.com is correctness of web-site-information. I booked economy single room (very small - cca 6m2, but still comfortable room for short stay of one person - comfy bed, spacious bathroom, tv, minibar…) which was precisely described on web-site. They were completely fair in informing potential guests about room size and facilities!

Shower-cap would be welcome bathroom amenity. Breakfast would be even better if there is hot milk and cacao.
