The staff were very nice and provided help regarding information about the city, taxi. Breakfast was very nice. It was a little unconfortable that they do not have net against mosquitos , so they cand bother you all night long.Besides that, in our room at least, there were no curtains, so there is a lot of light in the morning - in case you are sensitive to that. |

Die Rezeption ist gut auf internationale Gäste eingestellt. Das Hotel liegt in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstrasse. Wir hatten dieses Mal ein großzügiges Appartement über dem Fitnessstudio; ruhige und sehr üppig bemessene Zimmer zum Preis eines herkömmlichen Doppelzimmers. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Klimagerät ist gut. Das kostenlose W-Lan ist lobenswert, wenngleich für dt. Verständnisse selbstverständlich. Es fehlt eine Garage für die Hotelgäste. Im Frühstücksraum wird geraucht; die teils serbischen Gäste üben sich keinesfalls in Zurückhaltung gegenüber den anderen Gästen. Die Frühstücksbedienung hatte kein Gespür für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt der Hotelgäste (irgendetwas wird nach dem setzen gebracht, dann wieder abgeräumt - schade, sah eigentlich lecker aus, Kaffee kalt serviert und danach am Milchaufschäumer aufgewärmt, kein Interesse an bestellkonformer Bedienung - Cornflakes oder Müesli "egal"). Auf unser letztes Frühstück haben wir verzichtet. |

Het hotel was goed gelegen met taxi 24/24 goede verbinding met centrum. Het was een zeer aangenaam en rustig hotel, Er waren een aantal kleine mankementen, vooral in de badkamer, welke naar aqchteraf bleek bij het hotel bekend waren. Zo kon het bad en dus ook de jacuzzi niet gebruikt worden. Er waren verbouwingswerkzaamheden met enige geluidsoverlast. |

Het hotel was goed gelegen. Het was een zeer aangenaam en rustig hotel, dit omdat er niet teveel kamers waren, dus niet te druk bezet. Er waren een aantal kleine mankementen, vooral in de badkamer. |
