Ideally located close to the center of Novi Sad, the luxurious Hotel Prezident is a 5 minute walk to Novi Sad's Fair, offering a secure parking lot and a transportation service.
Score from 389 reviews Excellent
The Panorama Hotel is located in the center of Novi Sad, and very easy to reach no matter where you are coming from. Numerous business buildings are situated just a few minutes from the hotel.
Score from 105 reviews Wonderful
I complained about the leaking shower and it was replaced when I got back to hotel in the evening.
Even though it was a non smoking room, the ventilation which could not be turned off kept bringing in the smell of cigarette smoke. This was extremely unpleasant and it is a pity since the room was very comfortable and pleasant.
We upgraded to a junior suite, everything about the room and bathroom was lovely. We also had a meal with our daughter and Serbian son in law, it was a fantastic meal
Can't think of anything
nice staff, good location, rich breakfast
Gym should be inclueded in price
Convenient location for my purpose
They charged for breakfast even though the booking was breakfast inclusive
Stayed at the Park Hotel from the beginning when it opened it's doors some 10 years ago. It was 5 star property. Restaurant staff were well trained and very professional.
After 10 years it is run down somewhat dirty and front dest staff could be more better trained how to deal with it's guests. Somewhat disappointed!
good value for money, wellness, swimming pool and hospitality are a plus kind and ready to help stuff there was a fair choice for the breakfast with the stuff more than ready to help
smoking allowed inside the hotel loby, but that is more to do with a general issue with the smoking policy in the country, rather than the hotel's problem - breakfast buffet had a poor choice of fruits and fruit juices too; i am not sure also who designed the breakfast menu as the pickled paprika and cucumbers are not the top of the breakfast foods list, nor the heavy cream rollade cake; more fresh and local grown/made food would be apprecciated
Staff not responsiveness
Good price for value. My kids enjoyed the one-pool wellness. Family room was great. There is a Casino in the hotel for fun...
Hotel was OK. It was a Fri afternoon decision where to go on weekend. I've choosen Novi Sad but there is not much to do to be honest.
I loved the service and peace there ...
I didnt like that they let teams to stay in same floor and its annoying
The lobby is grand, rooms comfortable, breakfast okay, good value for money.
not impressed with the restaurant, the meal was boring and expensive compared to nearby places.
Friendly and accomodating staff, spoke good english. Excellent Wi-Fi all over the hotel. Nice facilities. Good location. Free and safe parking on site.
The breakfast had quite a wide variety but the quality was mediocre.
Quite environment. Nice park around the building. Nice, although rather small rooms. Very good breakfast. Very good value for the money (after price reduction)
Bit far for the city center. Internet connection in the room did not work.
Sauna and pool was very nice and included in the price for the guests. Desserts was very generous and good. The parfait was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant food was good. First day service was very good.
Air condition did not provide cold air. This was the same for all three rooms in our group and it was very hard to sleep. Breakfast was small and far from excpected from five star hotel. Everything was set on a table and not on cooling plates or similar and the milk and yogurt was warm. Service in restaurant was not good second and third day, felt like they had to much to do and hired inexperienced staff who did not speak english.
Car parking free wi-fi comfortable room
No opportunity to iron clothes by yourself location invoice only in Serbian language
Great position, great ambient.
Breakfast is not good as I expected. Pates and sausages are very cheap and terrible.
The breakfast was good, with a big variety of food and drinks. The hotel staff was very professional and efficient. The hotel itself was quite spacious and there were plenty of parking spots on the territory. The rooms were comfortable, although overly decorated.
It felt like this was a 5* hotel from the 80's that was renovated but never upgraded. Generally too much fabric all over the hotel that creates a feeling of stuffiness and dustiness. Overly pompous atmosphere combined with kitschy decor. Also - the wifi doesn't work in the rooms.
The feeling of being in a time warp
First off its a mile away form anything of note in the city, despite this taxis are dirt cheap. Grand Hotel Budapest the movie best summarises this washed up hotel that would have been at the top of its game around 30 years ago. The cigar room, hotel shop, suit fitting shops and many boutique areas that once would have filled this 1970's once lavish establishment have long since gone giving this hotel an air of abandonment. The staff are sparse and it seems the only people still frequenting here are local using the gym and spa facilities (which are beyond creepy). The restaurant tables look to have never been used since the 70's also and breakfast has been moved from the breakfast room into an old function room. The lobby is littered with old furniture and worn down carpets, the casino is nothing more than a few slot machines and some sports screens. By international standards this place would be a solid 3 stars, also there is a charge for guests of the hotel to use the gym.
This hotel has a huge integrity problem. Still thinking that they operate under a communistic regime. - Bed cover not washed since Tito was president in Yugoslavija. This was our only alternative as no other options were available. -Extremely unfriendly staff. Receptionist not even looked at us during checkin. Restaurant staff dressed in jogging equipment. -No offer for eating available at 18.30 in the evening. - Internet wifi extremely bad (slow and interruptive) -Parking place not safe and not guarded. Lots of people around cars. Place used by ordinary citisens not from hotel. -Room safe not functioning. -Room airconditioning poorly working with 28 plus in the room on max cooling. -Breakfast room with table cloths full of holes after cigarette smoking. -The hotel address does (Nr.35) not exist in Garmin navigator system.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.
The cleanliness was mostly good as long as you didnt go into the public restrooms. The biggest issue I had was the room. We were on the 6th Floor and the AC didnt work. They apparently push the air from the bottom floor up, so if you were on floors 1 - 3, it was ok. Anything above that hardly received any air. We left the windows open but there is no breeze in August in Novi Sad. Basically we ended up sweating all night long. The beds were singles so if you move around a lot at night, you will fall off.
Loction , city , personal hospitality
We stayed at Junior siut ; Jakuzi did not work ! , I expected a good breakfast but it was so poor !
Nice hotel, decent location and good value
Room needed cleaned when we arrived
