The staff was really kind and helpful, will come back again.

cleaning, silence and room space

Everything perfect as all my previous stays, this time I also had opportunity to try their in house restaurant as checked in quite late, I was really well surprised : not too many choices but really excellent food, well done !

A very small minus to improve is regarding the in-room tea/coffee facility : would need bigger cup, a few more coffee/tea bags and especially pls do change the powder milk bags : they're all too old, hard and impossible to melt.

room cleanliness, bed quality, toiletries etc. Although was located facing the main road in the city the room was very quiet. Wi-fi connection was great. TV channels were enough as variety.

Instead of bathtub, shower unit would make much sense for business travellers. Also bathtub was quite higher than floor to get into...

Very helpful and nice personnel, room was very clean and spacious and with showing their loyalty card "Priority Club Rewards" I was upgraded to Executive room without even asking... Very good advice for dinner at the reception.

Bed was way too soft for me and I could not sleep well. Probably that's just me, but it was really soft.

Friendly staff - that's it.

Location near railway didn't allow me to sleep. The airconditioner was always working on 22 deg., Which is unacceptable for me, very cold even in hot summer. On reception the staff told me that it's centralized all over the hotel and they will adjust the tempreture from, but this didn't happen.

The room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would use this hotel next time I visit Belgrade.

Very nice hotel. Big rooms, clean and very confortable. The breakfast was great. Hotel is fairy new and the location is pretty good. A lot of english TV channels.

Internet speed (Wireless) was under expectations.

Les couettes de lit beaucoup trop courtes qui si on les bordent n'offrent plus assez de longeur

Просторный номер. Хороший завтрак. Недалеко от деловой части города.

veoma neprijatno nas je iznenadio nepripremljen, hladan spa centar... sauna i trusko kupatilo su bili hladni, jakuzi kada hladna i neupotrebljiva... cela prostorija spa centra je bila veoma hladna i neprijatna za boravak

schöne saubere Zimmer, immer frische Handtücher. SPA-Aktivitäten waren auch gut.

Bon accueil, chambre confortable, bonne restauration peu chère, garage sécurisé, accès rapide au centre-ville de Belgrade.

Sve ostalo je bilo O.k!

Hladno je u sobi,temperatura jedva da je prelazila 20C!!!Jako glup nedostatak za placenih 10.000din za jedan dan.

Vidi se na osnovu ocjena kvaliteta pod 2./Ljubazno hotelsko osoblje,cistoca sobe/

Nisam sigurna da li je nes kafa i mlijko u prahu bilo u roku trajanja...Naime,imala sam stomacnih problema...Dalje,boraveci po hotelima po svijetu,smatram da bi svoju ponudu u sobi,mogli prosiriti i sa jednokratnim papucama,cesljom ili cetkom za kosu,kao i duplom kolicinom ponudjenog pica u mini baru...Ovo su samo dobronamjerne sugestije!

Aidosti ystavallinen ja auliisti palveleva henkilokunta.

Sijainti oli kaveltavaksi liian kaukana kaupungin ytimesta.
