Excellent location with comfortable room. Easy to park.
The floor was not fully flat. I found some bigger hole around the table under the carpet.
Well, nearly everything!
The location is within the new industrial district and therefore not easy to go to downtown Belgrade.
Very comfortable hotel if you are having a long airport stopover.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and all services were great. For breakfast they served the best scrambled eggs ever! High recommend!
Loved the stay here. Staff are awesome, service great. Try the soup they have on room service menu.
Friendly staff excellent services staff are international standerd orianted
room furniture not so good, furniture not fit for the room type
The ease of driving and the the help from staff.
A rather isolated site that does not allow just walking around, need to drive everywhere,
quick check-in and check-out
too hot in the room, (24,7C) although set the air conditioning to 19. heating/air conditioning could not be switched off
Very spacious rooms in Executive Club for young children and very clean. For the Balkan region the food was pretty good and varied. The waitress was excellent and we tipped her appropriately. Pretty good wireless internet connection throughout. Underground parking was really top class and we had a large 4x4 with a top box and a trailer. Even the parking attendants spoke English. All drinks in the Executive Room was included. My chosen hotel in Belgrade.
Bathroom was slightly cramped but only in context with having 2 young children. The bar area in the reception looks a little 'cold' and eastern european feel to it. However these are are minor points as I wasn't using it.
room, staff, breakfast
the fact that they could not organize emergency ironing at 21:00
Great hotel, great staff.
This has to be one of the nicest hotels not only in Serbia but the whole of Eastern Europe....the rooms are impeccable, the food is first class and the all of the usual things you come to expect from IHG are perfect and in touch with the needs of modern business people (including the use of Samsung tablets); however the one thing that really sets this hotel apart is the exemplary people who work there; in particular the front desk personnel (Nikola, Goran and Aleksandra) and the front office manager Marko Velović. I was unfortunately the victim of a serious theft whilst there on business (everything I had with me was stolen from the car whilst in a restaurant in the city) and the compassionate, sensitive and very professional service that these people administered was of the highest degree imaginable. Over and above the call of duty. I cannot thank them enough and it made a traumatic and painful experience a lot more bearable than it would have been otherwise. If it were possible to give a hotel and it's staff 11 out of 10 then that's precisely what I would do for the Holiday Inn Belgrade....without a moments hesitation.
Everything was fine, very polite people and williness to support. Just perfect
EVERYTHING! Fantastic Hotel!
The hotel position is good, personal too.
The breakfast is very expansive
Overall a great place for businness, this hotel inherits the slightly unfavourable location the it inherits from a previous gipsies camp. It's overall close to the Sava and the town.
For such a large hotel of new conception, no swimming pool and an extremely small gym seem a bit of a missed opportunity. The meeting area is great, though.
