Nice small city with a city center a bit abandoned. Nice National museum and Tera art-gallery are very fine. There are some small nice cafes with tasty ice cream in the city center. There are several big shops in the city.

Nice center with closed streets, convenient for walking and shopping, cafes and churches. In season great theatre ( rich program, great acting group). Small negative: no hotel access by car except for a block or two away on side streets. Generally nice and pleasant residents. In city center there is a mammoth bones replica (in court yard of historic archives - they named the mammoth "Kika") which was a lot of fun to see (there was also a hay replica of said mammoth :) which I loved-great photo opportunity), peaceful city with a lot of greenery and stray cats that locals feed. There are a few good restaurants in city center and we ate at a place called "Siesta". That place had some generous and delicious portions for a fair price. Overall, cute place to visit.
