Hotel Sajam is situated close to the Novi Sad Fair, a mile from the center of the city, offering comfortable and renovated accommodations with a mini bar and wireless internet access. The Zlatna Medalja Restaurant seats up to 300 people in several rooms. It serves delicious Serbian and international cuisine and has a spacious summer garden as well as a cafe. Hotel Sajam has a parking lot with video supervision and a security guard. There are conference halls available. They can be used for business presentations and meetings. The Sajam has a breath-taking panorama view of Novi Sad, the Danube, Fruska Gora and monasteries nearby. The hotel was in a great location, with everything within walking distance. The staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, addressing all our needs. In terms of the money paid for the room, the hotel was great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

I understand that with a festival going on, it is a bit difficult to deal with a full hotel. You have to be prepared, though. We had to change rooms, because the first one was dirty; the second did not have sheets on the bed and a command for the air-conditioner (it had to be borrowed from another room). For that price, they should have room service, which they did not have (we asked it for breakfast, because we were waking up late the next day). Toilet paper was not enough. It's far from the centre and not just 15 minutes walking ... you have to take a taxi. Having stayed in many hotels in Serbia (normally friendly and nice), I have to say this was the worse.

Szép, rendes, tiszta, jól berendezett. Zárt, kerti parkoló. Nagyon hideg volt. Fűtőtestek kikapcsolva, helyette légkondicionálóval akartak fűteni, de a hideg falaknak ez nem segít. Fürdőszoba is jéghideg volt. Reggeli nem büfé, a szomszédos kávézóban ütöttek össze vmit.

Nizka cena, korekten odnos, uslužno osebje. Blizu centra (20 min peš). Za zajtrk sicer pripravijo kar koli želiš iz jajc, možno je dobiti tudi marmelado in med. Napitek pa je omejen - ali kava ali čaj ali jogurt. Dveh ni mogoče dobiti. Lahko pa si kavo naročiš v bifeju, kjer postrežejo zajtrk.

Hotelsko osoblje je vrlo susretljivo , povoljan hotel loš doručak, nema klasičnog švedskog stola doručak se servira po porcijama , slabi izbor , nema žitnih pahuljica

The staff was very kind and eager to help. Quiet location. Problem with the lights on the bathroom. I had to call the reception sometimes to ask them to open the lights!!!!!! Poor breakfast.
