Clean and functional. Staff quite competent. Very good breakfast. Baby cot was up to child security standards. Confusion on security for outside parking: the reception's staff says it is not securized and recommend inside parking at 10 Euros extra. Booking.com reports free parking, and in fact there was a guard for the outside parking. Deluxe double room too small and king size bed not even queen size...

Both my husband and I have stayed in a great many hotels right across the world in over 56 countries but we considered your IN hotel in Belgrade to be one of the nicest placest we have stayed with regards to staff pleasantness. We could not fault a single member of staff, each and everyone was happy, courteous, helpful and made our stay a real pleasure nothing

The staff are great, it's on a good bus route and easy for both the airport and the old town. They have an absolutely crazy heating system whereby every room is set to 26 Celsius, regardless of the temperature. I told them it was criminal that with the world facing an energy crisis they were wasting heat by making the rooms into saunas. They said there was nothing they could do as they're on a city-wide temperature control! This might stop me going there again.
