The hotel is very nice, and the price is very good for the offered conditions.

Nice rooms, modern furnishings and good quality. Quiet place.

Dust under the bed, floor not clean enough, plastic bottles and bags around the house. Studio considered for 4 persons but I would rather recommended for max 2 adults+1 child

In last day we did't have water.

Nice location. Apartment was new and all facilities needed was there.

There was two electricity cut off during my stay. However, Crystal kop was not to blame as it was a probem for the general area.

Good value for money

Kopaonik ski resort lacks reliable information about opening of ski lifts making it hard to plan a weekend there.

Nice accommodation, easy to find, located on the main road between Kopaonik and Raska; bar, restaurant and minimarket nearby. The hotel room was clean and large, with all the facilities you need.

Totally disappointing. 1) Despite the “NO SMOKING” stickers placed at the entrance of the hotel, there was a disgusting smell of cigarettes smoke on the stairs. 2) The room wasn’t clean as it should have been as when we moved the sofa we found something that most probably belonged to the previous guest (which means that the cleaning lady didn’t even move the sofa when she cleaned…) . 3) The main door of the building was always open (day and night in a quite isolated area ) while the owner (or the employee) was never there and we had to contact him by phone in order to get some essential stuff necessary for our stay( like toilet paper and the soap to wash dishes)

Very nicely designed and prepared for tourists who travel in groups or as families. Modern, spacious and at an excellent location. Plus we got a flash deal so even better.

A little difficult to find although it is on the main road, no signs in advance so you have to be on the lookout

Плохо сливалась вода в душе, формально отсутствовал wifi в апартаментах, странно пахнущая водопроводная вода

Raportul calitate / pret excelent, personalul estrem de amabil, confortabil.

Lipsa acces internet wireless.

Уютные и комфортные двухуровневые аппартаменты с отдельной спальней. Кухня была оборудована всем необходимым оборудованием. Отдельная парковка. Тихая и спокойная атмосфера.

Трудный для поиска адрес указаный на сайте : необходимо изменить описание для более подробного целеуказания. Отсутствие wifi в номерах.

Много луксозно за ниска цена

Няма табели по пътя, GPS-а няма информация. Добре, че има телефон.

Am stat doar o noapte, am fost in trecere spre Croatia, dar apartamentul super-echipat cu toate cele necesare, design modern curatenie, liniste si priveliste frumoasa. Administratorul a fost extrem de amabil. Conditii excelente! Il recomand .

Mobilier deosebit in apartament cu toate echipamentele necesare in stare foarte buna de functionare, curatenie, liniste si amplasament frumos.

Au cateva posturi TV cu semnal slab de cablu sau antena.

Доброжелательный персонал, отличная парковка, вкусный и недорогой ресторан, уютные современные номера, красивый горный вид. Из-за расположения вам будет удобнее ехать или на машине или брать ее в Сербии в аренду, т.к. пешком до склонов - не вариант, а на машине 5 минут.

Первые сутки не было воды, но это должно быть из-за аварии.

Destul de curat, gazde destul de amabile.

Este pentru a 2-a oara cand am ales aceasta locatie.Prima data am fost incantata, de aceea am si revenit, dar a doua oara am fost dezamagita total.Ce nu mi-a placut:camera in care ar fi trebuit sa stea schiurile si claparii era ocupata cu uscarea rufelor ( prosopape , lenjerii) care datorita faptului ca in livingul de la demisol se fuma aveau deja impregnat mirosul de tutun. -scurgerea de la dus nu functiona la parametrii normali, asa ca apa din cadita de dus curgea si in baie -raportul pret/calitate-servicii lasa de dorit -desi in momentul in care am facut rezervarea era mentionat faptul ca exista o conexiune pt internet, aceasta lipseste cu desavarsire, pt a te conecta trebuia sa mergi 2 vile distanta ( precizez ca am stat la vila Jelica) - au promis ca ne vor transmite factura si dovada platii pe mail, nu am primit-o nici dupa 2 saptamani(neseriozitate),achitarea facandu-se cu 4 luni inaintea sejurului, etc. etc
