All members of the staff are very polite. I really like the place. I can describe it as the best deal for the money in town.

The air conditioner was slow on cooling the room.

Very friendly - comfy room - close to where we needed to be. Free wi-fi is very useful too. Nice café with very wicked cakes!

Extremely helpful staff. Central location. Very warm with crisp clean linen on beds. For an inexpensive hotel could not be bettered.

The Lotos is situated near the City Centre and is easy to find, with enough parking outside the Hotel. the room was simply furnished but clean and comfortable and good value for money. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and the cafe below has good coffee and wonderful cakes. i would recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to find. It was within an easy 10 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. It had a little shop and ATM just across the road. We were 4 girls staying so 2 of us were on single beds in 1 room and 2 in another room with a spare bunk bed. It was clean and tidy.

People had smoked in the flat so the smell remained and the balcony was untidy.

Small hotel near to the city center. Room is big, clean, is equipped with all necessary. Wifi was working well. Hostess is very friendly. In the same building there is an excellent inexpensive cafe. 5 people have breakfast for 5 euros. Deserts super!!! At this price its excellent hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

Very outgoing stuff, contacted us even in regards to our arrival. Was also willing to let us to come later than reception opening hours. In the morning checking for any feedback, offering coffee in nearby caffee. I would really recommend.

The boss was extremely nice with me. If I will stay other time in Nis I surely go to this hotel.

It is close to the city centre. Rooms were nice and modern. The owner of the hotel was really friendly and welcoming. And the cakes in the cafe really were delicious!

Worth its money.

Staff was realy kind and helpful and made us feel like home. Location is only 5 minutes walking from the center. Wifi was working well. Everything was fine.

Very friendly staff - the owner offered to give us a ride to the Skull Tower or the city centre and assist in some sightseing or shopping. Very good location. The room was fine and clean, with a balcony. There is a very good coffee shop on the ground floor and, being visitors of the hotel, we had a coffee on the house. The cakes served there are great - you have to try them.

환경이 깨끗하며, 생활이 자유로우면서도 안전합니다. 주인 아저씨 매우 친절하며, 다음 여행지로 나가는 터미널까지 아드님이 직업 운전하여 태워 주는 배려에 감사합니다. 심지어, 동행했던 아들이 미처 챙기지 못하고 숙소에 두고 온 일기장을 발견하고는 재빨리 차를 몰아 저희를 내려준 장소까지 달려와 전해 주는 진정한 배려에 감사드립니다.

The location was excellent ( about a ten- minute walk from the city center) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very well- equipped, quite spacious and cosy. Excellent location if you are just in transit or you want to have a longer visit for shopping or visiting. And one more thing... excellent cookies in the cafeteria from the groundfloor... you should try it, that's a must ::)))

It´s 10 minutes walking to the center. It has internet with very good quality and speed. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep is perfect. For long stayings in this price you can find better accomodations.

We had room in 4th floor and there wasn´t lift. At least they could mention this detail in the description of the place because it was an unpleasant surprise coming after many km. The room was small and overfurnished (1 double bed + 1 small bed in 20m2 for a couple), bathroom very small, shower without courtain so you will mess up whole floor. It´s small detail that they could care about and makes diference! The courtain was broken and all buildings around can see you meanwhile you changue your clothes and sleep.

I only can say good words for the hotel. Rooms were really clean, comfortable. The hostel is at walking distance to downtown. The coffee place downstairs is nice place to relax. And the staff was really friendly. The guys gave us all the info we needed about the sightseeings, the places to eat, party places :) Even they offered to give us a ride every time we asked for some place. So I'm recommending it to everybody :)
