Everything about the hotel and grounds seemed a bit shabby. Maybe it's fine by Belgrade standards but not what I am used to expect from Best Western.

Rooms are recently renovated. Good breakfast. Staff not always friendly. One coffee machine for the whole breakfast room.

Обслужването е на високо ниво, много любезен персонал. Чистотата също е отлична и в стаята има необходимите удобства. Разположението му е малко неудобно, но с такси без проблеми можете да стигнете където поискате.

Останавливались проездом - удобно,близко к трассе, расположение тихое, у парка, завтрак приличный. Не слишком доброжелательный персонал в рецепции, не потрудились ничего объяснить, когда завтрак, как пользоваться ключем и т.д. К тому же, говорили только по-сербски... Хорошо, что аз разбирам...)

Le bois qui entoure l'hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel. Le salon du hall est très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et varié La salle à manger n'est pas très conviviale. Toutes les chambres n'ont pas une vue sur le bois qui entoure l'hôtel. Pour le même prix, on n'a pas toujours des chambres de même standing (ex. : la chambre 133 est magnifique, la chambre 302 est très banale). NB. Il se peut que la dernière fois, j'ai été upgradé et que la chambre 133 est une chambre plus chère.

The location in the trees was fantastic. Lovely balcony, was woken by birdsong. It would be nice if the British tradition of tea and coffee making facilities were present in all hotels.

Friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast, also nice dinner and supper, clean rooms. Actually, everything was really good, we had no negative experience and enjoyed our vacations there. It's a bit far from city center, one will probably need a car or taxi to go to places of interest.
