Location, food, staff, big clean rooms.

It was a very convenient and comfortable room. Very good lighting for people who like to read at night. One of the best hotels you could find for that money. Excellent location.

Shower had no curtain so the bathroom had a shower with you. Desk staff a bit brusque but they did answer every problem quickly so shouldn't complain, just not as friendly as most people we ran into in Belgrade.

Location, breakfast but you have to ask for coffee, waiter too busy in the restaurant

Dirty bathroom, a lot of hair in the sink after previous guest, cleaning staff very loud in the morning, small room with view on a next wall, never ever go there, old-fashioned comunist style hotel from Tito times...

Brilliant location: almost in the center of Old city. Lots of bars and shops nearby. Skadarlija is in 7-minute walk from the spot, Kalemegdan - in 15-minute walk. Rich, fresh, diverse and tasty breakfasts! PS: Probably only by chance, but we got the room with access to the huge terrace with the nice city view.

You should use a key to lock or just even shut the door from inside a room. It was a little bit annoying.

5 stars for location but 2 stars for everything else. Unpleasant Stuff, dirty room, air conditioner broken, crappy breakfast... Overall, it looks more like cheap hostel than 4 stars hotel.

There was not real orange juice in the breakfast but only squash. Yäk!

Mould in bathroom Any driver needs clear instructions on how to park their car .We had to have a member of staff to guide us to their parking. It should be clearly stated that it is in a pedestrian zone.

The location is GREAT, it's the centre of the centre, you can always go to any touristic place and get to it in 5-10 minutes, moreover, the fortress Kalemegdan is in 10 minutes too, I loved it. The staff is very friendly and polite, you can ask anything you need. The TV was great, haha, I could stay watching it all day (but I didn't), there are more than 100 channels for any taste. I loved the breakfast too, there is a restaurant downstairs and you can go there anytime. The food is good and in big portions, but not expensive at all. You can also order food to your room. I had a big bed in my single room! And the design of the room was very elegant, like I´m in the 30s.

My room had no view, and there was a small window in the bathroom so I always thought of "The Shining" ahah. Moreover, the old wooden doors were opening by themselves. That's a bit spooky. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear a person next door watching TV or a child screaming. But I think that many hotels have this problem.

Great location, just off the main pedestrian zone in the old town. The reception desk staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Plenty of choices for breakfast, although they never changed during our stay. Free WiFi in the rooms is very cool.

The room door needed a bit of a push in order to lock properly. Windows did not open vertically.

Too small rooms!! Furniture was placed so that you can not move in the room, thin walls, old noisy doors, tv with no color, loud minibar. Last time I was here they were renovating. Nice receptionist "up- graded" us with dbl room. I guess that part was renovated back then, since single rooms after 8 years - not much has changed, except larger breakfast room.

Better than expected. Huge room/suite, large modern bathroom, all mod cons, Free wifi, great breakfast with great variety on the buffet, hot and continental, bang in the middle of the centre. Multilingual staff. All this for £70 a night??? Super satisfied and defenitely recommending it.

No Gym but room was big enough to do laps in!
