A wonderful historic hotel at a prime location. I really felt at home in this hotel. I will certainly return.
Parking, center, breakfast, room
Very good location, 50 meters from the main promenade in the old part of Belgrade. Spacious room, very clean. Good wi-fi in the lobby. Good and varied breakfast. Very nice and professional personal, especially receptionist. Good value for money
Weak wi-fi in the room (3rd floor), Unsightly window view.
Location is perfect Staff was excellent TV Channels with lots of nice channels Breakfeast was OK, no fresh orange juice though. Price was OK View from the window (be sure to ask a front room)
Low quality Wi-Fi (connections breaks every 5m and is not suitable for tablets/smartphones because it needs to login in the hotel page every time the connection breaks). Shower didn't had any glass/courtain. After showering the bathroom looked like a swimming pool. Slim and hard mattress. The Hotel looks OK but could use a facelift
1. Extremely personalized attention from front-office and most restaurant staff 2. Very helpful house-keeping personnel. 3. Crisp linen napkins at breakfast instead of the ubiquitous paper variety. 4. Noticeable renovations and improvements throughout
1. Small lift 2. Sign for barber in the foyer 3. 10.00 am finish to breakfast service even on weekends
we were very satisfied with the hotel , the staff was very kind and helpful , the hotel was very neat and clean , the position of the hotel is right next to the Prince Mihailo Monument which is a very central part of belgrade , we will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit belgrade again.
Location is great. Kindly and helpful stuff. Very clean room. A lot of TV channels.
Breakfast could be better. Bathroom tube is open, so the bathroom is flooded after shower.
I have been coming to the same hotel since I was child, first with my parents, than with friends. When I was leaving for China, my parents bid me farewell from this hotel. When I come to Belgrade for business or to see friends its my favorite place....
Wi-fi could be better
free & fast wifi
very good location. decent place.
Although i booked a non-smoking room, the entire room stank like an ashtray. The room I was given had a glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom, so one could see through the room all the way to the window while sitting on the toilet.
I have been coming back to this hotel many times in the course of the past 15 months. It is very pleasing to note that small complaints I have made have been rectified. The room refurbishment is on-going and impressive. The front office staff, especially Head Receptionist Mr Boza Puaca, are not only thoroughly professional but make one feel almost like each visit is coming home. A regularly returning guest is surely the best possible recommendation for a hotel. It should also be noted that the restaurant serves excellent food at reasonable prices. The buffet breakfast selection is vast, hearty and also healthy for those that so choose. Crisply starched and ironed linen napkins are a welcome change from the usual paper variety. The hotel's location right in the very centre of town could not be better.
The yellow wet-floor sign in the foyer used as a stand for a notice advertising the hair dressing salon looks cheap and very out of place.
Eggs at breakfast.
Staff were universally helpful. Room large and stylish art deco. Breakfast outstanding with some Serbian touches such as burek and interesting bean dishes. Memorial corridor to 1958 Manchester United Team affecting but not mawkish.
very close to the city center, Close to airport bus station
View of the room , elevator seem dangerous
Very kind reception, we like our room, it is big and enough spaces for all person.Especially the terrace and its sight was wonderful. The hotel is at the heart of the city, so close to everywhere especially shops.
