Good location. Spacious rooms.
Wifi poor in our room but good in public areas.
Grand old hotel that has been refurbished with excellent, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Close to the centre and easy access from the airport – they even run their own airport car service. Recommended.
Wifi very patchy in the rooms – no problem in the public areas but difficult to connect and maintain a connection in the room on mobile or laptop.
The location in Stari Grad, close to the old city center, the design of the room is very nice (classical, in line with the history of the hotel), and clean.
The whole room was smaller than my bathroom (and I don't live in a castle). The shower plate was 50 x 50 cm with a curtain that sticks to your skin because of static electricity making it impossible to shower with the curtain closed --> you flood the bathroom and have to use 2 of the 3 towels provided in the room to dry the floor. The bed mattress was inclining on the free side and you had to stay close to the wall not to fall off the bed.
Breakfast was good.
You as a hotel guest feel by this privat party as not exsisting in this Hotel. By this party yo as a Hotel guest has to use the third class entrens of the Hotel. The resaurant you was not able to use at this mention private praty.
Hotel Moskva exceeded my expectations in so many ways. It was very sweet for both myself and my son to be surprised with two individual birthday cakes and a phonecall from reception on our special day! Definitely coming back as a family!
The rooms in the 5th floor are so small. Avoid them.
Stunning building, very central location, professional, helpful, charming staff, good value for money - enjoy it while it's still affordable!
I'd have liked a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee, Belgrade is fascinating to walk around but exhausting.
Location Breakfast varied and good.
Too few lifts for size of hotel.
Great location, nice people, enyoj beeing there
Perfect location to combine business with pleasure. Beautiful and quiet room.
No other place in Europe makes you feel do well taken care of. The entire staff is amazingly kind, always there but never too pushy. The new spa is very very nice.
Extra pay for parking
Great staff very helpfull and cordial. They all speak English and the hotel by itself is an architectural beauty.
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel is way to expensive! Take a cab it will cost you a third of the price.
breakfast was good but coffee was awfull, historical iconic building, staff was kind, feta cheese (white cheese) was really good
smelt cigarette in the hollways, there could be slippers in the rooms, when you open the windows there is traffic noise
no big bottles of water in the room wifi was not always working
The Balkan atmosphere.
At 0800 hrs I woke up by the banging and drilling of construction workers. The reception was manned by 7 people, still a compete chaos. This is NOT a temp situation. I have stayed several times at this hotel over the past 3 years and it is the same chaos at the reception time after time. This is now the last time for me.
Everything was perfect. Staff was great, rooms were clean, everybody smiling and friendly.
That I could not stay longer than 4 days to enjoy Belgrade and the hotel more.
Everything breakfast, location and service. This my third time at this hotel. They also have a nice big room with king bed.
Thé single room (350 euro for 5 days) has a really small bathroom not enough for two people. Small to even wash your face.
Staff were friendly and the opulence of the hotel did not feel elitist. Location is perfect and the rooms were full of character and history. The concierge were very helpful and courteous.
After logging into the wifi. I would continually have to go through a hotel Moskva log in page. It was a mild irritation.
Helpful staff most of who spoke english. The restaurant there was great - breakfast excellent selection.
We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Fantastic location right in the city. Beautiful historic hotel. We had a huge 2 storey room with a balcony. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
Location and coffee shop nothing more or less.everything else is normal nothing exceptional.
Small duplex rooms lower bed is not a bed it is a living room with sofa bed for one person.they charged me extra for 4 persons and were supposed to put in beds but did not as the room is too small.
Everybody spoke English And are friendly
