Taxi drivers scam. Never use taxis without tx in their license plate. You can also recognise them by the pink sign on the roof. These boys are crooks and gangs. Always let somebody in a hotel or restaurant call you a taxi.

Staff very friendly

The superior suit we stayed in was very well furnitured, clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helping. The breakfast was awesome.

Great room for the money for family of 4. Two room suite was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good. Location is nice and great street of restaurants is a short walk. Underground and secure parking is free. Good wifi.

This was my first trip to Serbia and I am fully satisfied of my stay at Nevski Hotel, I can recommend it to anyone visiting Belgrade. First of all, the hotel staff is professional, intelligent, friendly and helpful at all times. They are fluent in English, replied fast to a message sent through booking.com and don't charge your card until you check out so you can change payment options. The hotel is situated at a convenient location next to Skadarlija and Strahinjica Bana, close to Trg Republike (Republic Square) and Knez Mihailova Street, and you can easily walk to places like the Kalemegdan, the Botanical Garden and the Nikola Tesla Museum. The double room I booked was large and comfortable with a big enough desk for my laptop and other equipment. There is a router in every room, therefore the Wi-Fi is stable and the connection speed is great. The breakfast is excellent, with many healthy choices including a variety and quantity of fresh fruit. Overall a very positive experience and an exceptional quality for price.

The score says it all. Only a small remark would be the temperature of the water in the shower, it was going from cold to very hot and vice versa. You couldn't really set one temperature.

The staff of the hotel was so excellent, that can be a sample for other hotels.

It was challengous to go out from the garage of the hotel, not enough space to turn with your car.

Very nice location close to the centre, very nice and helpfull staff. Private and secured garage included in price. I was in their biggest appartment (it is unbelievable big). No noise and very good bed.

Warm buffet on breakfast could be a bit better (it is not a minus, only a recomendation).

Friendly personall, good location near street with restaurants and bars, 15 minutes walking distance to main shoiping street, good rich breakfast,reasonable price for such hotel, freeparking in hotel garage.

Refrigirator in the room was operating very loud, so I turned it off. No TV in the sleeping room , TV was only in the living room: I like to watch Tv from bed while having a rest. But this is no real complaint, hotel is very good . I will be back !

During the night something had bitten me on the right forearm, an insect of some description, not a mosquito bite, but something different. The bite had become infected to the point where I had to go to the hospital that day and received a tetanus injection and the course of antibiotics. On returning from the hospital, I reported this incident to the reception desk at the hotel and explained what had happened. The two members of staff did not seem to understand how this whole incident and ruined my day. The day was particularly important due to it being my birthday. I would have rather spend it with family and friends as opposed to doctors and nurses in the hospital that day. I was offered a glass of wine, to smooth things over with, but declined and went back to the my room, the same room from which something had feasted on my right forearm earlier that morning. I was not impressed with the service or attitude of the hotel staff to say the least. The following morning was a completely different story, the hotel staff were falling over themselves to be as kind and as helpful as possible, the offered me a bottle of wine, and a voucher for a lunch for a dinner at the local restaurant. It was a nice and kind act, but I feel it was an act born out of fear of a negative review more than an attempt to making amends for the previous night. Also of a wifi service in my room was very poor and intermittent, consummate losing single, at crucial an important times. On checking out, I had advised the receptionist I would be be departing at 10.00 AM, the receptionist offered to book me a taxi with a firm the hotel had a contract with, I agreed, and made my way down to reception at 10.00AM, the receptionist told me that price would be 2700 dinars from the hotel to the Airport. I paid the receptionist, got into the taxi, and then realised what had happened, on arriving in Belgrade I caught a taxi from the Airport to the hotel with total cost of 1400 dinars.
