Great location for sightseeing, walking and shopping. Good food.

Internet connection sometimes was bad. There was no iron in the room although it was in the room description. Part of furnitures and equipment looks like worn out.

Price Comfort Maintance of the rooms. No internet in rooms even if it says it when you book your room. My advise take moskva, more value for money

- WiFi was not working at all - No hot water - plaque in a bathroom - there was a smell coming out from a bathroom - hotel personnel was not the most kind I had the pleasure to talk to

Good central location, helpful staff and not expensive.

Friendly staff and try to fulfil requests when you made the booking. Close to center, so can easily take public transport to everywhere.

I requested room with river view, got my request on the 6th floor, but room was really hot even with airconditioning on. Bathroom was old and very hot. Door room was old and lock was old and special way to insert key in slot. Breakfast was ok, but not luxurious.

Location of the hotel is very good, breakfast is decent. Hotel staff was helpful. You can walk to most of the city center in 10 minutes.

Bugs were coming out of my collegues first room. Than when we told to reception they changed the room immediately, but in the second room air condition was not working (weather was 32 C at night) so he couldn't sleep in the night. Next morning they changed the room again. My room was clean and tidy.

Location, value for money

Breakfast very good and with a lot of different stuff. Big room with big bathroom. Located in the center of the city. Wifi is good.

Staff was not so polite as should be in a hotel like this.

It has the best location for shopping and within walking distance for sightseeing. The staff is very friendly and polite. It is very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is very rich and satisfy all your preferences. There is a panoramic view of Belgrade on sixth floor. It's worth it to stay in it.

Super location! Near to the Kalemegdan and Knez Mikhailova street. Good variety of breakfasts (in comparing with the others). Nice staff.

Normal price, good location - near by the main street, nice staff, clear rooms....

They are guest friendly. I didn't have to leave my room before my afternoon flight.

Single bed rooms are pretty small and tight. Furniture is old.

Only 3 free parking places in front of the hotel. The fee for the rest of them was 20 euros.

Great location in the centre of Old Belgrade

Slow small lift, problems with hot water ih shower, bad sound proofing

Best location.Historical center of the Belgrade.

The room was clean, spacious and had views to the Danube. The hot water was hot, unlike many hotels in the region. It was central in the old town. The staff were pleasant. We just stayed one night as we headed off on the wonderful scenic train to Bar (Montenegro) the next day. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was poor. On Easter Sunday the hotel was just too quiet.

η θέα από το παράθυρό μας ήταν στην ουσία ο ακάλυπτος χώρος του ξενοδοχείου..βλέπαμε κάποια εγκαταλελειμμένα σπίτια και τα κλιματιστικά των άλλων δωματίων. τα μαξιλάρια και τα κρεβάτια ήταν πάρα πολύ ταλαιπωρημένα. και το εστιατόριο του 6ου ορόφου με την πανοραμική θέα και το πιάνο μπαρ ήταν κλειστό.
