Single room is no more than 10 square meters, and bed was terrible.

The price of the hotel and its location were excellent. Belgrade is great - friendly people, excellent (and reasonably priced) food and drink, interesting sights and a relaxing atmosphere.

The buffet breakfast was a little unusual but there was no shortage of food. Some days they served mini pizzas and chicken goujons, which made you feel you were eating leftovers from a party the night before! However for the price I have no complaint whatsoever

The location is okay with walking distance to the city centre

Our double room was a bit run-down, definitely did not look as advertised on pictures on booking.com. Filthy windows, older bathroom.

The staffa t the reception was friendly and professional. The vireless internet worked fine.

The hotel room was much too small.

It's a perfect place to stay while on a short bussiness trip, location is very cental yet in a calm and cosy area. The staff is friendly and professional, the room was clean and quiet. A very good value for the money.

The suite room turned out to be twice as ig as a standard one, with two bathrooms - that was a nice surprise as in the description it simply says that "The comfort room is a little bit larger than the standard room". The hotel has a very good location, everything is within walking distance. Right outside the hotel there is a food supermarket (Maxi exclusive or smth like that). Staff speak english well, some of them are helpful.

The cleaning lady always took away all the big towels and and I had to ask at reeption to get them back. Air-conditioning system strange and loud. The hotel is newly renovated, but the furniture, as I understand, is left from the "pre-renovation" times.

Staff are really nice and friendly, hotel is very clean.I Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belgrade.

It would be nice to have a hairdryer in the room and tea/coffee making facilities would be great.

Location of hotel is very good, so we were almost in downtown of Belgrade- near Slavia square. Breakfast was tasteful every day. Room was clean every day, new towels every day,...

We had also some bad luck with rooms. When we booked in, we got room in 6th floor. When we already set in, we were informed that we were given wrong room. We had to move in 2nd floor. Room was (I don´t know about others) very cold! We put warmer to max warming...but was still cold. Windows are catastrophical isolated. Cold was irrupting from all parts. I can not imagine if outside temperature was below -0c. We were in Belgrade for New Years Eve from 29.12.2012 - 3.1.2013. Luckily it was sunny all the time and above 0 Celsius. Shower bath was leaking water, so we used all towels every day. At departure we aslo stuck in elevator, so I forgot about our passports which were kept in reception from first day....so did receptionist (he shouldn´t have!). We had to return for them. Otherwise it is nice and good hotel, but we probably had just bad luck....Murphy's law :))))

Coordination,and location

Rooms should be more comfrt because no place for the bags and the Cabot has to be renew also room service needs more care.

Many probs: . I was changed my room, since the toilet was flushing with water and had occasional black-outs (!) The second one was only problematic with the toilet again. Cover of the bed too short: you couldn't cover your shoulders The heater wasn't working, just shuffing cool air Minibar missing The lamp was broken (but then fixed) . I guess the renovation is still on-going! ;-)

The location is really exelent. It is situated in the begining of the main / central street, 5 minutes on foot to the bus-stop to airport Nicola Tesla. Tasty breakfast. But there is no telefon in the room!!! So if you need smth, you MUST go dawnstairs to the reception. I wonder, if I need to weak up in early morning and ask a receptionist for it, will he or she nock at the door?! And no fan in the bath-room.

Good price, location and breakfast.

There was no TV set in my room! At first shower was broken. Problems with shower cabin. Old furniture. Only 1 socket for the whole room and bathroom.

Most of the building has been refurbished, so the quality of the rooms and the reception area is good. The staff is friendly.

Really helpfull staff who spoke very good English, hotel is being up graded. This hotel is much better now as other group has taken over.

No tea of coffe making in room, hairdryer would be nice.more towels would be good. Mini bar should be in every room!
