Location Sunday morning breakfast as there was only a single person in charge of reception desk , serving breakfast, making coffee , welcoming guests, etc,,, So during our stay we had no breakfast at all. Rooms extremely small for tis price paid. |

No Elevator! With only 2 upper floors, it really wasn't a problem, until I jammed my toe in the middle of the night and hobbled around the rest of the trip! Not the fault of the hotel! |

When I arrived, my room was already occupied. They moved my to another hotel for one night and moved me back for the second night, but because they arrived late to pick me up from the other hotel, I was late for the meeting I was supposed to go to. I had a cockroach on the ceiling. I asked for directions to go to a restaurant and they mislead me. Very bad experience. I would never recommend. |

The staff knew English well. The breakfast and breakfast room were nice. Nothing important. Towels were at first only for one person. |

Very helpful and competent staff, cozy small hotel on pretty cobblestone street, good breakfast to order, in city center. Had some problems getting the TV and internet to work in the room. |

La exelente ubicacion. Si, me dieron una habitacion al fondo del pasillo, eso estubo bien. Desgraciadamente junto a la ventana hay varias mesas de un bar y dos noches hubo bastante murmullo hasta ya muy entrada la noche. |
