Receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English, fortunately. Excellent location one minute from the station, although negotiating the roads and roadworks made it a bit longer. Convenient for walking into town. Basic facilities but fine for a short stay. Very stinky of tobacco generally, although that goes for the whole of Belgrade, though the towels were also pongy of fags which was unpleasant. We paid 1,000 dinar more than the stated rate for the hotel by booking it over the internet. Very noisy at it's on the main road but that didn't bother us. |

Good location in the city centre, free parking in front of the hotel, friendly staff at the reception desk. Rooms need renovating, especially bathrooms. Very poor breakfast - either omelette or jam and butter - and no coffee. Restaurant kitchen closed in the evening. |

Kindness and the will to help of the stuff The hotel has not been renovated for ages, all equipment is extremely used, one night there was no hot water, breakfast was very bad; the standard of this hotel did not absolutely correspond to a 3 stars hotel |

Friendly staff at the reception. Good location, close to the central railway station and historical city center. Very small and narrow rooms. Very old and dirty furniture. Broken bathroom equipment. Poor breakfast a d the coffee have to be paid as extra service. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. |

proximity to the center cleanliness + the charge was more than I signed for - they charged in dinars and they did not care about the exchange rate - I tried to pay with Euro and they refused because the dinnars got stronger meanwhile... |

fanny match of colors of the walls good staff trying the best, but hotel itself facing noisy street. Having make my reservation I was asking for double room facing quet side..and I have got the two options only - small twins room looking to quet side, or good double room,looking to very noisy side |
