good location. Everything you need without the luxury. Cleaning was done every day. Reception spoke english well. Cleaning staff friendly and polite. hotel under renovation, but we weren't disturbed. It's a good thing that they are renovating! but we were glad to be at the end of the hall so as to not get disturbed by it. |

The value for money is not fair. It's too expensive for that old hotel. The only thing that is new and renovated is lobby bar and restaurant. There isn't hair dryer in the room. Staff is friendly, but they do not know much about their profession. |

location of the hotel staff, called me at 2:30 a.m. and knocked on my door at 3 a.m. b'c they needed to finish some paperwork. i checked in around 7. in my opinion they had plenty of time to knock on my door at a decent time and if not they should've waited 'till the next morning. I also reserved a larger double bed room (single occupancy) but I got a twin bed and a small room. |

close to city centre worst bed we have ever slept in, squeaked that loudly that every time you rolled over you woke up, walls were paper thin, could hear everything from about 4 rooms away |

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the place is very close to the city centre It is extremely overpriced, the bed made squeeking noises even when you breathed, there was no fridge, the lift occasionally got stuck between floors, etc etc |

Location Extremely noisy, there was no sound proofing (we could hear everything that was happening on the floor/building) + in the morning there was so much noise from around that we woke up at 5am. We are very easy and not demanding people but this was frustrating + it was too expensive for what it was offering. Price should be at least half (as it was at 4-star hotels in more popular intl cities). |
