Refined interiors. Quality materials. The Police-state mentality: at the reception they make fotocopies of your passport and you are asked which frontier point you have entered Serbia (?!) - why is this info relevant to the hotel? are the clients of this hotel supposed international bandits?! About the room 304: (1) the bed it is longer than the sidewall, so you may hurt your legs by passing by. (2) for a business man it is quite impossible to work into the room (no proper table); (3) the supposed lounge-corner composed by 2 chairs and a round table it is placed into the middle of the room (sic!), reducing once more the scarce space; (4) no smile at the reception, althougt the personnel is efficient and helpful (5) |

Location is good for business, the fair is only 10 minutes away. The city center is near the hotel, about 1,5 km. Spa/relax is good. Parking place is small. |

Hotelstaff friendly and always at your service, accomodation very good, spa facilities available and recommandable. the check out procedure took a while, girls on the reception have had to do the check out for 3 rooms at the time. |

Friendly service. Wellness and spa. Breakfast was very minimal. First morning there was a buffet to choose from, this was ok. The next two days the choice for a breakfast was asked and prepared in the kitchen. The buffet was not prepared. Not even fruit. For a Hotel this is very unusual and to my opinion not correct. |

Very modern and clean facilities, very friendly, accommodating and attentive staff , well situated with an excellent gym and spa. First class. The airconditioning could have been better although it was acceptable. |

wellness részleg kiváló. Parkolás!!!!!Udvaron nem lehet parkolni, útépítés miatt a közelben is kockázatos.Eredeti közlés szerint a parkolás lehetséges, de ez jelenleg nem igaz. |

Wir haben ein Standardzimmer gebucht und das Apartment mit Jaccuzi ohne Aufpreis erhalten. Wellness ist super. Fruehstueck koennte qualitativ besser sein, obwohl reichliche Auswahl und Menge. Personal sehr nett und hilfreich. Bewachtes Parking vorhanden. |

Das Zimmer war sauber und Zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich. Das mein 2 Kollegen und ich 30 min. zum Aus checken benötigt haben und dann noch immer die Falschen Belege auf der Falschen Rechnung waren, auf einer rechnung der Falsche Name stand und man es nicht korrigiren konnte,......!! |

Although the hotel had its grand opening on the day we arrived and hence was full of workers trying to finish everything in time, we were welcomed enthusiastically and helped to get installed despite the pre-opening chaos in the place. We were also invited for the cocktail party as "first paying guests". The place made a very pleasant impression on us. Main downside of the hotel was the lack of a proper desk in the room to work at. According to the hotel manager the owner expected business travelers to work in the VIP room (which has sofas and a TV screen), but I explained that this is not the way most business travelers will want to work. |
