Queen's Astoria Design Hotel    

Location near railwaystation but not in the center ! Room is small but good bathroom/shower . Nice Bar ( smoking ! ) downstairs .

Slow ( just 1 ) elevator . Slow check-out .

Happy with the hotel in all respects; near the main transport hub, so very convenient for exploring an interesting and attractive city.

Room was decorated in with very elegant classic taste, bed was very big, the location was fantastic (5' walk to the historic center where you find everything). A big plus were the two beautiful ladies in the reception desk that provided to me good information regarding dinning and entertainment. I would recommend it to everyone and I will stay there again when I return in Belgrade.

Slight problem with soundproof but not to a disturbing level.

Rooms are nice and full of light, pleasant colours, intresting decoration. Nothing waffle. Very helpful staff. All the toiletteries are provided, including sewing kit and shoeshine, hairdrier. Location is quite good if you will need to depart to airport or gonna travel around - A1 line, 2 bus stations and a railway are in 5 min distance. It's about 15 min walk to Knez Mikhajlova, 7 min to Moskva hotel. Groceries, pharmacy, ATM and a very nice restorant (Zaruchaj) are nearby.

WiFi is not stable. Street outside is noisy, so you have to use airconditioner, not to open windows. We had problem with lights in bathroom twice (but they fixed it). Breakfast quality depends on hotel's fullness - one time an organised group of travellers had a breakfast before us, and personnel refilled bowls very-very slow, so we had to ask them about everything. Other day all was ok.

the elevator is to small and to slow.

Very good staff, great design, very clean bathroom and the location is very nice. Only 3 minutes away from the airport bus (Bus number 72) 160 Serbian Dinar Or 1 Euro. (An average of 35 minutes.)

No hotel signs.

Location is excellent. Close to the main pedestrian street and the bus station which enables an easy transfer to the airport.

A bathfoam in the bathroom, although there was no bath. Joking, everything is OK.

Meals other than the breakfast were excellent. Restraunt staff service was very good.

Buffet breakfast certain items were cold when they should be hot. ie bacon, fried eggs. Time delay in receiving meals in the evening was too long.

Staff is very good. They make me feel so good. They are very professional, kindly, lovely. Always have a smile when answear to us, but a real smile, not just for obligation. They work with pleasure and we feel that. The style of Astoria Queen is very nice.

Some noise we listen on the room from outside. Maybe they must put another glass window.

Everything is near he old town the clubs. The staf was exelent the breakfast thay serve till 11.30

Only the main dor of the hotel is opening manualy so wiith laguage is bit difficult to go in and there are also stears. The rest os top.

We liked the very good location of hotel in the historical part of the city, proximity to railway stations, the sights of Also the magnificent design of the hotel antique statues, furniture, surroundings, luxury atmosphere, excellent service (we went along, in case of impossibility to pay the reservation with the help of the card)

Had Queen's suite, very nice room with jacuzzi tub. Reception staff was very friendly.

Tricky taking a shower as water runs out onto the floor, no shower curtain in jacuzzi tub. Didn't seem to create any issues. Would prefer a couch in the salon rather than dining table.

Nice hotel, very close to the bus and train station. Breakftast buffet 7am to 11:30 a.m. nice touch. 15 to 30 minutes walking, mainly uphill to old town area. Trolley number 2 will take you around the old town area. Loved Belgrade.

Location, free regional international calls, very nice double bad, shower cabin with music...

Expensive (comparing with some other even better hotels round there), breakfast was not included in the price (some same category competitors even offer hb for a cheaper price)!

the style. i think they did a very good job in renovating the building, making it old and modern at the same time

in a double room i would have expected a queen size bed, not 2 single ones

the staff was very good and friendly. the room was always kept well and was made up until 13:00 each day. breakfast was very good with A wide types of food.

the elevator is to small and only one elevator for the whole hotel.

the location was good for the purpose of my stay and the fact that parking was provided in front of the hotel

windows in my room could not be open and were located in funny places - one at the ceeling and one very small on one of the walls - plus there are no nigh shades on windows - i like to sleep in dark room. furthermore, at 6th floor i could hear the elevator
