Excellent hotel with helpful and polite staff. Vintage decoration which i like and very good location, only 10 min. to downtown by foot. Really liked my stay and definitely i will stay again!!!
The gym needs some additions especially for basic free weights practise.
Location is wonderful. Right next to the train station. Very clean and stylish place. Good breakfast at a good price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Nothing to dislike
.staff is friendly and professional .comfort of bed .there is a very good relation between price and location, it is good.
to close the window, there is a problem , we need to call maintenance there is a spill in box shower and under sink. there is a moment the receptionist to stay with passport to do reservation , I think only to take a copy , it is enough.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very good; close to the train & bus station and 10 mins walk to city center.
Housekeeper keeps to change newly used soap, not so environment friendly; no need to change it everyday.
Location is wonderful Design of the hotel Breakfast was amazing, friendly personel.
Everything was fine except the shower that was a little bit broken and the water poored out of it
The service in the DiWine Bar was exellent, thanks to Mr. Boris
Liked proximity to all facilities ,staff and surrounds top
Liked it all
Staff at the reception desk very helpful. The rooms are well decorated and with enough space to make you feel comfortable.
One elevator is not enough for all guests. The breakfast menu not diversified and same every day.
The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was really very helpfull and friendly. If I go Belgrad again, I will not hesitate to stay in this hotel. The meals were really very delicious. Design of the hotel was very beautiful.
I liked the smell in the whole hotel. Receptionist was really nice and helpful. Room was nice but the thing is that you can hear even someone breathing next door. That was bothering me during the night. Walking distance to city center as well as across the street you can catch airport bus.
U can hear everything fromm room next door. Bathroom shower was broken and not cleaned well. Ordered wakeup call as I had to leave early but no one rang me.
The Queen's Asturias is a remarkably good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast had some of the largest selection of tasty food I have seen in a hotel.
The room was much more grand and spacious than we'd expected for the price. It had tea and coffee facilities in the room, unlike the rest of the hotels in Serbia and Bosnia we'd stayed at. We were able to pay reception directly for our taxi to the airport.
This was the only hotel on our trip which did not include breakfast.
staff, restaurant, rooms, pillows, lighting, easy access to public transport, bus & train station, airport shuttle stop. Quite close to downtown area (though it's uphill).
nothing to dislike about this property.
the clean lady always take our newly used soap away... not environmental at all? and sometimes, she did not give us enough hand towels... although we did not care that much to complain at the reception.
1. Localization 2. Breakfast 3. Clean Room 4. Comfortable bed 5. Personel
Wife and I stayed for five nights enjoyed our stay. The food for breakfast and dinner was great.
Bathroom mirror lighting was poor. Tough time shaving.
The room and the hotel in general looked quite good, if you like kitsch stuff. At least it was quite new. Breakfast is excellent there and the location is ideal if you want to travel by train, since it's right across from the station. You can get to Republic Square from there in about 10 min, if you know the way.
I had to change rooms very late in the evening because the airco wasn't working properly. It wasn't working properly in the new room either, but it was better.
Before checking out we asked for the invoice. It has been done for the correct amount announced when booking the room, but when coming home I checked to the bank and I found out that a higher amount has been withdrawn from my account...
The Room,free phonecalls,the Bar on lower level,staff,location
Very disappointed with BREAKFASTS.fruit juices watered down,no choice of breads, toaster poor, should have a choice of eggs "cooked to order"not lying cold and hard in dishes.Bacon very salty.
I stayed in this hotel 4 times thus far and would definitely be very happy to stay there again. An exceptional service in every way, from the reception staff during a check in/out or the restaurant and bar staff etc. Simply amazing! They make you truly welcome and are ready to go out of their way to make their guests feel looked after. Rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with everything one may need while staying in a hotel . Free in-room wi-fi , cable TV and free international calls are just a few extras which add to the overall positive experience. Excellent buffet breakfast too Good location, short walk to Knez Mihailova , the main shopping and pedestrian zone. Highly recommended in every way
very friendly staff!!
We enjoyed examining the design elements of the halls and the room - Venetian plaster, lots of pictures, decorative items, furniture, etc. Using the old elevator was fun too. The buffet breakfast at EUR 5 per person was quite okay. And the staff is extremely helful and friendly - like all Belgradians we have met.
The pillows and blankets are made of synthetics - hence the neck pain and inadequate thermal regulation for the body. Also, a bit too noisy outside - a very busy neighbourhood with a railway station nearby. Lock the windows and use the air conditioner at all times!
The hotel had free parking which was highly needed as we were traveling by car. It is close to the city center and the staff was were friendly and helpful.
It is close to the bus and rail station and it is quite noisy if you prefer to sleep on open window. The room was quie tiny.
