Superb location - but if they continue to take that for granted, they will be forced to close!!! 4 days of... Extremely poor service at Breakfast. Nobody atend the buffet stand to add food after the first guests finished much of it. Every morning It took 20-30 minutes(!!!) to get a cup of coffee and eggs!!! No joke. Of course there was no point in asking for more coffee. The very polite person (non of these complaints is her fault!) who served us in the tiny breakfast room - was also the lady who fixed the rooms. She tried hard - but alone, even in the sweat shops of the far east, one can not do the job. |

The staff were wonderful and friendly, the service better than in far more expensive hotels. The position of the hotel is unbeatable and anyone thinking about visiting Belgrade or staying there on business should stay at the Rezime Crown. The breakfast buffet reflects local specialties, the room was large enough for an apartment and the bathroom as big as a normal hotel room in London. |

Size of the room and king size bed No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast was good but limited. |

Helpful English speaking staff attentive to our all needs. Excellent chauffeur car service for Belgrade and beyond, Rooms capacious and well appointed. Central location on a pedestrian street. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Slightly bigger bath towels would be nice |

posizione, ampiezza camere, e alta qualita' della sala da bagno Visto il prezzo da 5 stelle lascia basiti la poverta' della colazione, il fatto che per ordinare il caffe' bisogna scendere fino alla reception (l'angusta e calda salettina da colazione e' abbandonata a se stessa) e come se non bastasse ti fanno pagare a parte due bicchieri d'acqua serviti frettolosamente dalla cameriera delle camere, che si presenta priva di una qualsiasi elementare divisa. |

Très bien situé dans une rue piétonne et calme. Chambres et salle de bain très spacieuses. Petit-déjeuner varié et service attentionné. Personnel aimable et serviable (demande de services, taxi, location voiture. .. ) très appréciable dans un pays dont on ne parle pas la langue. |

(1) La ubicación, en pleno corazón de Belgrado, en la calle más comercial. (2) El propio hotel, un antiguo palacio que están restaurando poco a poco. (3) La atención del personal. Me permitieron dejar la habitación dos horas más tarde de lo normal e incluso utilizar el ordenador de recepción para facturar mi vuelo! (1) La entrada al hotel se hace por un pasadizo que no es propio de un hotel de esta categoría. Espero que lo cambien pronto. (2) El desayuno, muy poco variado. |

Nous sommes allés à Belgrade pour une semaine en août. L'hôtel est idéalement placé sur la rue piétonne; proximité non nuisible en terme de bruit. Structure de 5 chambres très grandes, jolies, confortables. Personnel discret très agréable. Services efficaces/taxi, réservation restaurants. Petit déj très bien, calme! Y aller sans hésiter! |
