The Room was really sensitive, so that you heard the noise from the floor and the other rooms

Friendly stuff, location of the hotel, price, great heating. Best value-price hotel. Next time that I' ll visit the city, this hotel will be my first choice!

Baffet was very good, I was in some hotels in Nish. But Breakfest wasn't like here! In Nish is hard to find free parking place. In this hotel, you have private parking place! Quiet hotel, and very pleasing staff.

Large room!

Everything was preety excellent for one night stay. Pleasant stuff, fine double bed room and most important very good bed.

Maybe parking place, but the girl from the reception did her best to show me a parking lot nearby.

Everything was fine, nice personnel, comfortable room, excellent service, delicious food... I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Breakfast-not recommend for anybody.unbaked scrambled eggs, no vegetable, no coffee....The parking place near to hotel is without pavement, only stones ground.

We had a room on the 7th for which the elevator doesn't get to(it serves up to the 6th floor)...room was extremely hot as it is on the roof top and it took a period to cool it after switching the AC. The hygiene of the towels and bed linens was bad.

Excelent hotel, good position (central) and easy to find, the staff is friendly and very kind. The rooms are clean and beautiful (big rooms, lcd-tv, new furniture, etc). I strogly recomand the hotel.

Easy to find

The receptionist lady was very polite and helpful. The hotel manager was great, we were with our baby and he told us we don't have to hurry and could check out even at 6 pm for no extra charge.

This was a clean hotel at the center of Nis. The staff is very helpful. I recommend for everyone. There is a carpark, internet connection is Ok.

I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel with good location near the city center and very friendly personnel.

Really friendly and helpfull staff(they lost their time/even after our check out/ to find/help us with arrangements for our next city hotel - tks. Price was amazing for conditions that they offer us(there was some kind of promotion in the last minute). City central area is not so close but only 10 minutes walking. They advise us for perfect dinner place without doubt - Kazandzijsko sokace on Kopitareva Street in old urban quarter. They have parking area too. Both young receptionists have good english even we had not problems to understand each other on our native languages ;-)

The location was great along with the restaurant and the jacuzzi and the flat screen. The staff was great but limited English.

Only bad thing is they promised wireless internet but you could only get internet in the hallways and not in your room. For a supposed high quality hotel it was disappointing they can't figure out how to extend the wireless internet reception to each room. This is unacceptable.

Ниска хигиена в стаята, изпокъсани кърпи в банята и несветещо осветление над огледалото, неудобна тоалетна чиния,счупена етажерка, не затваряща се душ кабина ,не работещо DVD,счупена поставка за телефон, мръсна мека мебел, различни чаршафи на леглата, мръсни стари одяла, липса на калъф за одеялата, миризма от ресторанта ....

Отличнейший хозяин, добрый, приветливый и понятливый. Сразу дал нам лучший номер.
