the hotel is situated in a quite area, downtown.

the room was a little dusty, not very clean.

Location of the hotel is very good: all restaurants and leisure activities are relatively close in walking distance. Local shopping street are also close and taxis are available at any time. Friendly staff, close to tourist attractions.

Quite small rooms and decorating style reminded mid-70 style. Heard that early days hotel had a reputation as an "afternoon-break" hotel with unmarried and/or lover couples as no extra question was made at reception. Free wifi was available only on 1st and lobby floor. House keeping was ok, bathrooms missed renovation. Quite ok experience, since you do not expect too much. Ok for single travellers, but I would make another choose if taying my gilr friend/wife. Braksfast was very Eastern- European style.

Very good location - center of Beograde. It's good choose as hotel only for sleeping.

There were a little problem with parking. I had a parking reservation but the hotel has only 6 parking slots and we had to search for slot somewhere else. Also there was another problem with the room, because there was no empty room for 3 people so they gave us two rooms - one for one and one for two people. The next day there was another receptionist who didn't know the change and wanted that we pay for the other room too. We clarified the case and left the hotel.

Very kind. The hotel is an normal three stars hotel. Main advantage of this hotel is definitely great staff. You will feel great there.

Hotel have very good and very affordable restaurant, serving all kinds of traditional Serbian food. Try it and you'll enjoy it! Wireless internet in the reception area is free - if you don't mind cigarette smoke hanging around.

The first impression is huge cloud of tobacco smoke hanging around the reception area. This cloud is produced and managed by the guests of the hotel bar on the ground floor. This cloud is so huge that your suit is going to stink after tobacco in only few minutes spent in the reception area. Our room should be "non-smoking", but it was certainly not. Even more, the smoke from the ground floor is so intense that it spreads all around the hotel. Even as far as 4th floor! The room facilities, such as TV, airco and other funiture was "yellow" from tobacco smoke. Only the bed sheets were clean. You can smell the tobacco everywhere. Room was not clean. Dust was everywhere. Bath needs major rennovation and reparation. Carpet should be replaced.

Номер за заявленную цену отсутствовал - нам было предложено заплатить за номер на троих человек дороже, либо получить еще более худшее качество, чем было у нас. Номера абсолютно не соответствуют заявленным фотографиям. В номере висели чужие вещи. Кондиционер работал со страшным визгом и долго не настраивался. Мертвый таракан на балконе так и не был убран за двое суток.

Personnel pas très agréable, pas beaucoup d'efforts pour aider les clients. Chambre spartiate, sanitaires vétustes (baignoire rouillée nous obligeant à mettre des sandales pour nous doucher!!!, carrelage taché). Pas assez de draps, pas assez de serviettes. Le choc a été rude par rapport à notre hôtel précédent, lui aussi 3 étoiles, à Novi Sad. Nous sommes très déçus d'avoir terminé notre voyage ici...

Самый худший отель Белграда,переначевали одну ночь в грязи с тараканами,кондей не работал,на следующий день пришлось менять отель,деньги не вернули.
