The parking is free of charge. My room was very very small, the shower was broken (not only in my room), it was very cold there and hotel staff was not able to help, breakfast starts at 6,30 but it was nothing there at this time (also coffee was a problem). The hotel did not accept the price confirmed by the Booking!! |

I liked the lobby and the services offered there, including free internet access, that was very impressive. I liked that breakfast was included, it had a great view of the city and the food was quite good. The staff was somewhat helpful but perhaps could have been more so and we did ask for a double bed but instead got 2 single beds together...we would have preferred the double! Also, it would have been nice to know sooner about important information like how much a cab should cost from the airport to the hotel. |

Service und Mitarbeiter top....... Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht. Das WC war unter jeglichen Standard. Fuer den Preis viel zu teuer. |

l'acceuil du personnel de la réception. Le cadre du bar avec le patio le wc de la chambre car très mal agencé (la planche ne se lève pas assez). La serveuse du restaurant du soir n'était pas accueillante et attendait que l'on finisse un plat pour nous déposer très rapidement le suivant (pas cool) |

Das Panorama Restaurant ist sehr gut, bietet ein hervorragendes Panorama... Ich habe ein nicht Raucher Zimmer gebucht, aber im Zimmer gab es schreckliches nikotin Geruch.....Klima funktionierte nicht( oder wollten die nur sparen) war im Zimmer ca. 30 Grad....: ((((( |

Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn gut erreichbar, weil in Serbien das Navi-Gerät nicht funktioniert. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Busstation und das Hotel liegt insgesamt sehr zentral. Das Personal ist freundlich. |

az étteremből szép a kilátás/ nice view form the restaurant '80-as évek munkásszállója minőség, a portát és az éttermet kivéve./ There are very poor quality rooms. Only the restaurant and the reception is refurbished. |

Lobby und Bar unten.Frühstück OK, aber etwas lieblos. Parking kostenlos. Mein Hund durfte leider nicht mit. 2 Nächte. Eine Nacht im EZ, ziemlich alte Einrichtung, Duchwanne mit abbläternden Farbe, etc. WLAN sehr schwach. Zweite Nacht im DZ. War deutlich besser, Zimmer renoviert, aber im Bad offene Stromverteilung ohne Kappe, Armaturengriffe lose und bleiben in der Hand. Man merkt, dass des Herren-Auge fehlt. |

Nice view from restaurant on the top floor. I was very disappointed about room. Lobby is very nice, but rooms are very old and not renovated. Only furniture is new, but the rest is very uncomfortable. Internet was not working in the room. |
