Sweet House Hostel

well-equipped kitchen, superb location, "terrace" in front of the hostel where you can sit, drink and eat

From the Sweet staff, to the comfy room, to the ultra clean bathroom.. In general, i liked absolutely everything about Sweet House Hostel. I felt as if i was at home.

There is truly nothing i did not like about Sweet House Hostel.

First of all the location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful and really made you feel at home. I fully recommend this location for any type of travel, because it offers an affordable, comfortable and central placed accommodation. I will be definetly coming back next time I will be in Belgrade.

I honestly don’t have any complaints to this hostel.

Location is perfect - only 10 minutes walk to Knez Mihailova street, 7 minutes to Skadarlija, so you're always able to walk anywhere in city centre Tina, administrator, is a nicest girl! She would always help with any problem you have, thank you! Beds are comfortable and clean Wi- fi is really fast and works in all rooms!

The only problem for me was the fact that I came not in the high season and the hostel was almost empty, but then I even liked this! Oh yeah, it would be really nice to have a kettle (we had to warm water in some kind of cezve.

Brilliant hostel. Room was spacious and all facilities were excellent. Very central and easy to walk to the centre. 100 % recommened.

The location is great and the staff is very kind...

The girls at the desk were very helpful and friendly, and the room was simple but just fine for sleeping and getting ready for a long day around the city. This hotel is a great one if you just need a place to sleep, eat and shower and then visit the entire city of Belgrade. Very close to the center of the city. Has parking. Good breakfast that you can choose.

It was fairly cold in the bathroom, and reaching the staff can only be done by phone after 4:30-5PM, but these are minor problems. Overall a great place to stay.

Cute, small, sweet hostel. Bar with a live music in the basement was loud late in the night - someone can be bothered by that, but it suites to Belgrade. The staff is excellent - very polite, kind and hospitable (Love you, Tina and Ivana!) We checked in the evening (couldn't come earlier) - the host was not complaining about it - on the contrary: without our asking, he gave us some serbian money because exchange offices were closed and we had only euros for dinner. He just said: you'll return me tommorow :) It was so unexpected and nice surprise! Parking place in the garden is very helpfull. Our third friend got sick, and canceled in the last moment...thank you very much for understanding!

One mattress in the room was uncomfortable...I Hope you'll change it soon

The staff is nice, the location - perfect. It is pretty comfortable - you have available TV, air conditioner, equipped kitchen, free WI-FI and one of the most important things (because of the central location) - FREE PARKING!!!

There is only one bathroom in common for 3 rooms on the second floor. The reception does not work after 16.30h, so you must call to particular number or send email and wait the staff to come and accommodate you. We waited for 1 hour the staff but then we got some free beer! So this is not a big minus :)

-Great location (just in the center, but really quiet and calm) -nice, clean room -great, kind and very very helpful staff (Tina, thanks for all!) -free Wi-fi access -parking place in the closed courtyard -acces to the kitchen, pc, fridge

-One small disadvantage: there's an information on the website, that the room has air-condition. Our room didn't have, but it had a fan, so there was no so hot in the room.

A very nice hostel with incredibly nice staff. We felt very comfortable. The location is great. The name is really appropriate.

A perfect location near old city center (5-10 minutes walking). Very friendly personnel. The best value-for-money that you can get for traveller and bagpacker.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nicely furnished room and bathroom, walking distance to center and train station. Kitchen and fridge for guests' use, nice yard, quiet location.

Nette Inhaberin und alles wie beschrieben, sauber, gemeinschaftsbad. Das Auto konnten wir im Hof parken, was gemessen an der parkplatzsituation absolut gut war. Keine Angst vor der toreinfahrt, der bus passt durch ;-) Das Zentrum sowie nightlife locations sind fussläufig erreichbar. sehr zu empfehlen, wie die Stadt selbst!

Prijatan ambijent i veoma ljubazno osoblje. Velika prednost hostela je sto ima besplatan parking za goste i bezicni internet. Preporucio bih svima koji traze mirno mesto za odmor i opustanje u samom centru grada. Pozdrav za Tinu!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sweet House Hostel. As the name also idicates, it is really sweet and has a home-like atmosphere, only one floor with a couple of rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but still nice and very clean. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and the bohemian street Skadarlija which offers great food and live music during the night. 100% recommended.

Cute little hostel in the courtyard (no traffic noise). Location is good and you can walk everywhere. Our double room was nice and clean.

Because the hostel is so small (3 private rooms + one bigger room) you can hear everything that is going on outside your room.
