Nice room, parking, tasty food

This hotel is just a dream. Everything perfect when you have find it... Good food, very nice room with balcony, nice swimming pool, nice people, very good breakfast... what else? nice view, nice cat ... I will stop again there no doubt!

I had to leave!

The service was excellent. I have never encountered such a fine group of workers that were all so friendly, helpful, bright and willing to assist. Hats off to all of them. The room was spacious and it was very clean. You could've eaten off the floor. This hotel has excellent view of the city. Also, the full hot breakfast buffet is included, and that was quite tasty. This hotel is very impressive.

Room spacious and well appointed. Nice view. Quality of entire facility quite good. Best thing was the food service. Because the hotel was remote from city services, we had dinner there. The food was well prepared, served hot and delicious. Service friendly and efficient. A very good meal at a reasonable price. Loved the home made flat bread. Staff spent a lot of time helping my wife find sights in th city that we wished to visit.

A little hard to find.

I think that everything is just fine. Very confortable, clean, new furniture, large space, Staff helpfully.

We arrived on 19.05 Saturday and there was a wedding in the main restaurant. Pool was closed and main restaurant was closed too. Small restaurant was without personnel so we had to order some attention from the reception. Everybody took care of the wedding we felt completelly left out. Noise from the wedding was massive and it was on till 00.00. In the morning we found our 1,5 old on the floor since the personnel forgot to put a transperant bulk on the baby bed. Would reccommend only if you like to stay in Hell and all the rooms are taken...Good luck!

Bon restaurant. Belle chambre. Personnel (très) accueillant.

Difficile à trouver.

Pulitissimo, nuovo, ben arredato, fornito di ampio parcheggio, con reception e altro personale gentilissimo.

La posizione è sulla collina, un po' fuori mano dal centro, e non eccessivamente facile da raggiungere. Fatevi guidare da un taxi, ma attenzione: il costo dev' essere di circa 2 euro dal centro. Se il taxista è un bandito, e vi chiede cifre folli, rivolgetevi alla reception prima di pagare, o minacciate di chiamare la polizia.

Прекрасный вид на Ниш. Этот отель - лучший выбор в городе.

Очень хороший отель, просторные номера, вкусный завтрак, бесплатная парковка. Рекомендую!

Το προσωπικό, το οποίο ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο, και το εστιατόριο με το υπερπλήρες μενού και με την όμορφη θέα.

Υπήρχε τεράστια δυσκολία στον εντοπισμό του ξενοδοχείου. Χρειάζεται καλύτερη σήμανση και αντικατάσταση των αρκετών πινακίδων που διαθέτει καθώς δεν διακρίνονται εύκολα και είναι απαραίτητες (η ρυμοτομία της πόλης δεν είναι καλή και οι πινακίδες στους δρόμους άπειρες).

S obzirom da smo česti gosti u hotelima po Svijetu, prijatno smo iznenađeni dočekom, ljubaznošću, smještajem, kvalitetom usluge i smještaja. Ovaj hotel zaslužuje sve preporuke. Odnos cijene i usluge nije ispravan, usluga koja nam je pružena daleko je skuplja u bilo kojem drugom gradu Srbije. Prethodnu noć smo boravili u jednom beogradskom hotelu, platili 2x skuplji smještaj, a doživjeli samo neprijatnost, neljubaznost i razočarenje. Hotelu Tami Residence želimo uspjeh u poslovanju i radujemo se sledećem boravku u njemu.

Nice staff and polite (hairdresser was willing to work overtime when we asked), clean rooms, excellent breakfast. It does have a nice view of the city, since it's on the hill.

Not so easy to find. You should drive slowly and follow the signs to the main entrance. Also not the best location if you want to be close to the center. If you want to come over week-end, be aware that it is likely that there is a wedding going on, probably until 0-1am. You can't use the swimming pool, if there is a wedding.

Good hotel with good level of facilities, monitored parking directly outside.

A negative may be the difficulty to find the place, but it is on a hill and if you get close you should be able to find your way there. Gps not totally accurate through those narrow old lanes.

Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angereist sind. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Ist sehr schwer zu finden. Das gebuchte Nichtraucherzimmer war ein Raucherzimmer. Einige Möbel sollten ausgetauscht werden. Aber für eine übernachtung tiptop.

Die Lage sowie die Sauberkeit des Hotels. Außerdem war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Speisen sehr gut - das Essen war hervorragend.

Room was quiet, facilities in room good, balcony.

Very hard to find, gps co-ordinates dumped us in middle of city, someway from hotel! (Could be our gps I guess) The reception staff were very helpful and friendly but not sure what was going on in the restaurant. Shown to table, given menus and then waited over half an hour before having order taken. Food very average. Smoking policy very un clear in restaurant so spent the whole meal breathing cigarette smoke, nice! Same at breakfast. Air-con did not seem to work in room and the pillows were just about the most un-comfortable I have ever found. As hotel is set in amongst a large run down housing estate took us ages to find our way back to the main road, what a bizarre place to build a hotel of this style!
