The room was upgraded to a suite with a wonderful jacuzzi bath/shower and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is further from the center of the city than advertised (about 7 kilometers) We arrived prior to heat being turned on, and as it was a very chilly October evening, we had to switch rooms to find one that was warm. |

There was very helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Localization is very good too. Almost near the main street, but there was very quiet. I can recommend this hotel for everyone. |

A szálláson beül - kiszolgáló gelyiségek, szoba - minden megfelelő volt. Szeretünk az ágyban olvasni, ezért nagyra értékeljük, hogy a kiváló olvasólámpák segítettték azt. A szállás környezete nem ideális, a nagyforgalmú útra nyíló szobák hangosak lehetnek, mi tudtunk aludni tőle. |

Im grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt OK. Habe in dieser Gegend nicht mehr erwartet. Die Reinigung der Zimmer lies Wünsche offen - nur das nötigste wurde gemacht. |

Zeer vriendlijke ontvangst . Mogelijkheid maaltijden te laten komen van een goed restaurant . Kleine maar fijne bedden . Let op : enkel ( goed ) ontbijt , andere maaltijden worden op bestelling in het hotel afgeleverd , wachttijd zeker 45 - 90 minuten . |

Komfortowo urządzony i bardzo czysty pokój, wygodne łóżka, niewielka liczba pokoi w hotelu i w związku z tym niewielka liczba gości, bardzo czysta łazienka z pełnym wyposażeniem, spokojna okolica, wygodny parking za hotelem, dobre usytuowanie w mieście - raczej na obrzeżach, ale dość blisko centrum, blisko tras wyjazdowych |

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bad ist modern ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das gebuchte Abendessen wurde in Plastikschalen aus einem Restaurant gebracht und war nach Karte zu bezahlen, nicht wie gebucht um 5 Euro. Es war sehr warm im Hotel. Es lagen tote Käfer am Boden. Mit der WC-Brille rutschte man von der WC-Muschel. Es gibt nur 1 deutschsprachigen Sender (Sportkanal). |

Vrijwel alle personeeelsleden spraken uitstekend Engels - in Servie verre van venzelfsprekend - en stonden telkens voor ons klaar. De airco in de kamer werkte goed, wat bij temperaturen tot 39 gr. geen overbodige luxe was. Voor internet was de (1) laptop vh hotel gratis beschikbaar. Het hotel ligt naast 'de vlooienmarkt', de grootste in zijn soort in dit deel vd Balkan en garant voor veel couleur locale en een onwaarschijnlijke verscheidenheid aan koopjes. We hadden vernomen 800m vh stadscentrum te zitten, dit bleek 1,7 km. Das 20 min lopen of 5 min met bus die elke 20 min voor de deur vertrekt. Er staan ook telkens taxi's klaar. Ander minpunt was dat er geen restaurant in het hotel is (wel keuken voor ontbijt), wel kun je eten bestellen dat dan bezorgd wordt. Duurt wel even en er zit geen rest. in de buurt. |

El hotel es estupendo, la atencion por parte del personal ha sido magnifica. Las habitaciones son lujosas y muy bien equipadas. Estamos encantados de haberlo visitado. Le faltaria una terraza en la calle. |
